That's a tough one! Superman beat Hulk in the DC vs Marvel crossover, Shazam is not quite as powerful as Superman generally though. Hulk is near indestructible and Shazam is prone to child-like mistakes (obviously.) Shazam is probably one of my favorite characters from the DC universe so hard to say he'd lose but not sure he'd be able to beat the Hulk in the end.
