In this case, Daredevil wins all day long IMO. Daredevil is at least on par, possibly better in some, on all physical traits and combat abilities. But Nightwing would be lucky to even land a blow, Daredevil's reflexes and superhuman senses would just give him too much of an advantage. Maybe if he had some prep time and help to get ready he'd have a chance but one vs one by chance, no contest.
