In the basement of the lab, glass cylinders lined up in endless rows, bubbling with murky amniotic fluid.
Inside, humanoid forms floated in a state of eternal gestation, connected to a web of tubes and wires that kept them alive.
Dr. Kramer regarded his creation with a mixture of pride and revulsion. These artificial beings, designed to be perfect soldiers, were soulless.
They were simply empty shells, awaiting the orders of their masters.
Suddenly, one of the cylinders began to crack. A slimy hand emerged, followed by a deformed face that emitted an inhuman scream.
The experiment had come to life... and now, nothing could contain it.
