Today I was craving for pancakes so I went to the store bought some eggs and I made some pancakes that I will eat now and maybe tomorrow I will even make an pancake stripe soup. (Frittatensuppe in German) It is one of my favorite soups and whenever there are some leftovers from the pancakes I use them for the soup. I am happy that the pancakes are so easy to make and it usually only takes me about 15 minutes to make several of them.
Another good thing is that I can combine them with sour, sweet and other different flavors that I just add in the middle of the pancake and then I eat it. I usually go for jam (different kinds of jam but (cranberries and apricot jam are my favorite)) and Nutella but sometimes I also like spinach with garlic inside.
