Ah, well if you were ready to sell off (at a premium) and retire from seafaring, this could well be your ticket. Perhaps you could take advantage of the potential to build anew with a fresh foundation to take advantage of lessons learned, but - and particularly so at sea - if you're well satisfied with your present vessel you prefer to stick with the bird in the hand.
Cash is king, and when you're generating what you need it's inadvisable to chase potential that may well prove illusory, as Hive governance demonstrates continually.
