And then it was delivered at our door step with some nice package. The lady and my daughter were excited to open it.

And then they went to their room to check if they got what they wanted. After 10 -15 minutes, they came back - this is not what we ordered. What do you mean ? You only added to the cart. I added only those perfumes. What do you mean by this is not the one we ordered ?
Look at this shade - it does not look like what we ordered. We ordered a different color - we don't like this one. Can you show the order so that we can see they delivered what we ordered ? Sure - let me log in. And then to my surprise, there was nothing in My Orders. What do I do now !! I saw a Chat Icon, clicking which it showed as Live support. For a moment I felt it was no less than Life Support. And then after few minutes of chat what they told made my life miserable.
How can you have a glitch now !! Please send a screen shot of your issue to so and so mail and we will have that checked by our concerned team !! Man my lunch is in stake ! Can you check the perfumes if you like them ? In the meanwhile, I am checking with their technical team. They believed me and went to check on the perfumes.
After few minutes my daughter came - Dad, the perfumes are ok, but they are not the real ones. What do you mean ? I mean, they are not the true ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS ?
