MY FAVOURITE FOOD

Holla everyone... I am back again on this edition. Thanks to everyone that has been going through my post and reading alongside.. Today, I shall be talking about the food I like and why I like them and probably the delight I get from each food..Food gives some essential nutrients which builds the body and help fight against some disease in the body.. Aside from food giving strength to the body, food makes you healthy and fit to do the daily chores.

Without beating around the bush I shall be talking about my favorite food.

Here food I like are;

  1. Rice
  2. Beans
  3. Sweet potato
  4. Pizza
  5. Pasta
  6. Yam
  7. Yam flour
  8. Salad
  9. Bread
  10. Egg
    Now I will just brief each of the food and how to prepare and what I gain from it.

1. RICE:over the years rice has been the food most people feed on to survive. It has been the most acceptable food and easy to cook.. I like it because you gain entry from it which is carbohydrates.. The reason why rice has been so prominently used around the world is its versatility.it can grow in almost any condition..

2. Beans:Beans is a source of protein to the body.. Thou, not everyone like to east bean but it has been discovered from research that it is good for the body to fight against some things in the body.

3. Sweet potato: it is also a source of protein..I love it so much because it isn't time consuming to get done.

4. Pizza: I actually don't know how to prepare this but trust me when you have a taste of it,you won't want to stop taking it.

5. Pasta: it is a ti.e saving meal to prepare.it gives carbohydrates to the body.

6. Yam: Yam give carbohydrates to the body..it is a good that you can generate a lot of things from example is yam flour,you can grinder to eat and all sort.it is widely accepted by everyone.

7. Yam flour: it is an extract from yam an it is easy to make.

8. Salad: salad give a lot of nutrients to the body..it is of different types we have the fruit salad, vegetable salad and so on.i love it because it doesn't stress me to prepare at all.

9. Bread: bread is an extract from flour and it is mixed with a whole lots of ingredients to be made.it give carbohydrates to the body .

10. Egg: it is produced from chicken. It's Saves time to prepare and requires little time to prepare.

This meal are very good and delicious for you when you can prepare them.. food is very essential for the body and I love to eat very much....
