Can man live without food? Absolutely not.
Every human needs food to service. Although it is possible to live for a while without food, it is still not an option for anyone.
Here are 10 foods I love so much that I considered it my favorites
- Plantain and egg:- This is a meal I consider my Food crush every day. It is simple to make. You only need ripe plantain, eggs, groundnut oil, and a few other things.
- Amala and Ewedu:- This local delicacy is something I can eat every day if given the chance to. It is called Yam flour in English and is commonly eaten in Yorubaland.
- Spaghetti:- This is my go-to meal when I need something fast. It comes in handy when I don't want to go through much stress, yet eat something awesome.
- Bread and tea:- Typical breakfast for me.
- Beans:- I don't eat this as often as I want to eat it because of the time required to cook it. But anytime I choose to eat it, it is usually a delicacy.
- Jollof rice:- Jollof rice is like an anthem at parties in this part of the world I found myself. I don't cook it often but I eat them often.
- Yam:- No long caps but I love this more than I can describe. I can eat it with eggs or even eat it in porridge form.
- Semovita:- I don't know how common this is outside my country but eating it with vegetable soup would make you ask for more.
- Wheat:- Just like Semo, I consider this a delicacy
- Vegetables:- Maybe this isn't food. But I still consider it as a favorite.
I eat when I can. I am picky and hardly try new food but I am trying very hard to get out of my food comfort zone. So if you have any recipe you would like me to try out. I will be looking forward to hearing from you.
