How do I calm my self when I am angry?
This is a good question that deal with one emotions and feelings, firstly i take a deep breath in the cine and I talk to my self comforting all of taught, o do give time of analysing why the reason for anger.
Lastly there is this voice when evwrti pick my phone and call this particular person even my heart was heavy, it just melt at the person voice hear or seeing the person presence.
