Hola a todos, hoy en mi día 12 del #BloggingChallenge, les hablare sobre unos de mis hábitos de salud que trato de practicar para sentirme bien conmigo misma.

Hi everyone, today on my 12th day of the #BloggingChallenge, I'm going to tell you about some of my health habits that I try to practice to feel good about myself.

Para mi el estar saludable implica muchas cosas como por ejemplo, estar bien física y mentalmente, libre de enfermedades, llevando una vida sana, pero para esto hay tomar en cuenta, la alimentación, como está la mente y el cuerpo, tener hábitos saludables no es lo que piensa todo el mundo, tomar agua y dormir bien, eso es muy importante pero no.

For me being healthy implies many things such as being physically and mentally well, free of diseases, leading a healthy life, but for this we must take into account, food, how is the mind and body, having healthy habits is not what everyone thinks, drink water and sleep well, that is very important but not.

Estar saludable es llevar un buen estilo de vida, levantarte temprano, desayunar bien (frutas, vegetales, proteínas) hacer ejercicio aunque sea 30 minutos, trabajar, distraerse, no darse mala vida, tener una vida social de mínimo los fines de semana, consentirte, visitas al medico, son muchas las cosas que son necesarias en nuestra vida para decir que llevamos una vida saludable, no todas las podemos realizar pero es bueno aplicar ciertas, que te ayudan a mejorar física y mentalmente.

To be healthy is to have a good lifestyle, get up early, have a good breakfast (fruits, vegetables, proteins), exercise at least 30 minutes, work, distract yourself, do not give yourself a bad life, have a social life at least on weekends, pamper yourself, visit the doctor, there are many things that are necessary in our life to say that we lead a healthy life, not all of them can be done but it is good to apply certain things that help you to improve physically and mentally.

Actualmente tengo un estilo de vida muy agotador, entre trabajos, mi hijo, y mis tareas diarias, muchas veces me es imposible realizar alguna actividad, pero trato en lo posible de aplicar estos hábitos a mi vida y rutina diaria.

Currently I have a very exhausting lifestyle, between work, my son, and my daily tasks, many times it is impossible for me to do any activity, but I try as much as possible to apply these habits to my life and daily routine.

Ejercitarme / Exercise

Al despertar, casi siempre realizo 30 minutos de cardio, aunque no lo hago a diario trato de hacerlo con un día intermedio o 4 veces a la semana, tomo mucho líquido mientras hago mis ejercicios, desde que llego el covid, es muy difícil ir al gimnasio aparte de que mi tiempo es limitado, realizo siempre abdominales y bailes, todo el cardio es bienvenido en nuestras vidas, después de acostumbrarte te encantará, como diría yo es sabroso, te activas rápido, sientes que tienes mucha energía, por eso siempre trato de realizar mis ejercicios bien temprano, siento que me dan la energía necesaria para mi día.

When I wake up, I almost always do 30 minutes of cardio, although I don't do it daily I try to do it with an in between day or 4 times a week, I drink a lot of liquid while I do my exercises, since covid arrived, it is very difficult to go to the gym apart from the fact that my time is limited, I always do crunches and dances, all cardio is welcome in our lives, after you get used to it you will love it, as I would say it is tasty, it activates you fast, you feel like you have a lot of energy, that's why I always try to do my exercises very early, I feel that they give me the energy I need for my day.

Adiós azúcar | Goodbye sugar

No tomó café, ni refrescos y consumo poca azúcar, para mi es muy importante cuidar en especial mis dientes por eso siempre evito tomar cosas que tienen mucho colorante que manchan los dientes, así que prefiero cuidarme y evitarlos aparte de que se que contienen grandes cantidades de azúcar, debemos tener en cuenta que nuestro cuerpo necesita azucares, son una gran fuente de energía, pero en exceso pueden traer daños irreparables, estos trato de evitarlos, actualmente estoy habituando a mi hijo a seguir ese ejemplo, por que lo quiero sano.

I don't drink coffee or soft drinks and I consume little sugar, for me it is very important to take care of my teeth especially, that's why I always avoid drinking things that have a lot of dyes that stain the teeth, so I prefer to take care of myself and avoid them, besides I know that they contain large amounts of sugar, we must take into account that our body needs sugars, they are a great source of energy, but in excess they can bring irreparable damage, I try to avoid them, I am currently accustoming my son to follow this example, because I want him to be healthy.

Equilibrio | Balance

Mantener un equilibrio es importante, lo aprendí cuando me separe, yo soy una persona explosiva, necesito hablar siempre y expresarme, por eso después de separarme tengo contacto social, las relaciones son saludables para todos, hay que salir visitar a las amigas, a los padres, a los primos, no podemos aislarnos de la vida y envejecer solos, porque te deterioras y eso es irreversible mientras la vida continua, tu dejas de ver tantas cosas hermosas, así que no podemos dejar de un lado el tratar con las personas día a día ese contacto humano, todos necesitamos un beso, un abrazo que nos digan que nos estiman, nuestra salud mental es tan necesaria como la física, creo que es lo mas necesario, si mantenemos cuerpo y mente en armonía, que puede salir mal.

Maintaining a balance is important, I learned it when I separated, I am an explosive person, I always need to talk and express myself, that is why after separating I have social contact, relationships are healthy for everyone, you have to go out to visit friends, parents, cousins, we can not isolate ourselves from life and grow old alone, because you deteriorate and that is irreversible while life goes on, You stop seeing so many beautiful things, so we can not leave aside dealing with people day by day that human contact, we all need a kiss, a hug to tell us that we are esteemed, our mental health is as necessary as the physical, I think it is the most necessary, if we keep body and mind in harmony, what can go wrong.

Practiquemos todos los días como si fuese el último día de vida, juguemos a ser felices desde que despertamos, vengo de pasar momentos no tan buenos en mi vida, pero de todo se aprende, empezar a pensar en mi y ser feliz por mi, sentirme bien por mi, debemos tener amor propio, espero sea de utilidad un poco mi experiencia de vida, porque yo escribo siempre con la intención de hacer feliz a alguien más, de darles palabras de aliento a todo mi lectores, de enseñar, al igual que aprendo de todo el mundo.

Let's practice every day as if it were the last day of life, let's play to be happy since we wake up, I come from not so good moments in my life, but we learn from everything, start thinking about me and be happy for me, feel good for me, we must have self-esteem, I hope my life experience is useful, because I always write with the intention of making someone else happy, to give words of encouragement to all my readers, to teach, as I learn from everyone.
