La adolescencia es una etapa en la cuál las emociones son frágiles pasando de la alegrÃa a la tristeza, o de la risa a la seriedad, son muchos los sentimientos que a veces no sabemos manejar adecuadamente por ello somos volubles y cambiamos de un momento a otro. Estoy pasando por esa etapa y me duele suceder.
♫♪♪♩-.¸¸¸.-.♫♪♪♩-.¸¸¸.-.
La tristeza es ese sentimiento profundo que podemos experimentar de un momento a otro, puede ser momentáneo o duradero, es una frágil lÃnea que nos puede atrapar y dejarnos inmersos en la profunda tristeza. A continuación les cuento sobre algunas cosas que me ponen triste:
La soledad: suelo ser una persona que le gusta vivir acompañado todo el tiempo, la soledad me pone triste, no me gusta, soy una persona muy sociable, me gusta compartir y disfrutar de la compañÃa de mis seres queridos , el saber que estoy con ellos me hace sentir seguro de mi mismo.
Otra de las cosas que me ponen triste es tener malos entendidos con mis padres o que no me crean por algún motivo, eso me pone bien triste porque ellos son muy importantes para mà y el que a veces se molesten o no confÃen en mi me hace sentir muy mal.
No tener las cosas que necesito económicamente, eso me pone triste porque no puedo tener esas cosas necesarias que toda persona requiere, como por ejemplo una computadora o el celular, bueno aunque creo que muchas personas les da tristeza no tener cosas materiales.
- Otra tristeza común es la situación actual de mi paÃs Venezuela, eso no solamente me tiene triste a mi sino a muchas personas que amamos está tierra, el ver qué nuestro futuro se ve empañado por las malas decisiones de otros eso da tristeza, ver cómo se va la luz casi a diario en las horas en donde estás descansando o cuando se escasea el gas y hay que pasar dÃas en una cola para obtenerlo y tener que buscar leña para cocinar, el no tener seguridad ya que los hampones hacen lo que quieren, el que se te vaya el internet por varios dÃas o tengas que madrugar para agarrar agua o que no tengas efectivo para pagar el autobus y debas caminar un trayecto largo para ir a tu escuela o trabajo, el tener que hacer largas colas en el banco para que te den lo que ellos quieran darte de tu dinero, como si el dinero fuera de ellos.
El no tener gasolina y tengas que pasar hasta tres dÃas en una cola para tener gasolina, el que no te paguen un salario digno y que solo el salario alcance para comprar dos harinas y un queso y no exagero, el ver personas decentes y trabajadoras sin poder comer las tres comidas diarias, el que se te devalúe el dinero de un dÃa para el otro por la hiperinflación.

El tener que quitarte los zapatos cuando empieza a llover porque se inundan las calles como un rÃo, esas son cosas que causan tristeza. Los enormes huevos en las calles o crateres, El tener temor de pararte en una alcabala de policÃas porque no sabes si ellos te van a robar más que los mismos malandros. El llegar a la casa con solo algunos panes porque varios niños con hambre en la calle te piden pan en el trayecto a la casa, eso me llena de mucha tristeza.

A pesar de que estás cosas me ponen triste, creo que uno debe superar cada tristeza, porque tenemos que saltar cada obstáculo que nos presenta la vida y salir a flote aunque usemos todas nuestras fuerzas, asà que ánimo y vamos hacia adelante porque donde hay esperanza siempre habra salvación.

Adolescence is a stage in which emotions are fragile, going from joy to sadness, or from laughter to seriousness, there are many feelings that sometimes we don't know how to handle properly, that's why we are fickle and change from one moment to the next. I am going through that stage and it hurts me to happen.

Sadness is that deep feeling that we can experience from one moment to another, it can be momentary or long lasting, it is a fragile line that can trap us and leave us immersed in deep sadness. Here are some of the things that make me sad:
Loneliness: I tend to be a person who likes to live in company all the time, loneliness makes me sad, I don't like it, I am a very sociable person, I like to share and enjoy the company of my loved ones, knowing that I am with them makes me feel sure of myself.
Another thing that makes me sad is having misunderstandings with my parents or that they don't believe me for some reason, that makes me very sad because they are very important to me and the fact that sometimes they get upset or don't trust me makes me feel very bad.
Not having the things that I need economically, that makes me sad because I can't have those necessary things that every person needs, like for example a computer or a mobile phone, although I think that many people feel sad not having material things.
- Another common sadness is the current situation of my country Venezuela, that not only makes me sad but many people who love this land, to see our future is tarnished by the bad decisions of others that gives sadness, to see how the light goes out almost daily in the hours where you are resting or when the gas is scarce and you have to spend days in a queue to get it and have to look for firewood for cooking, not having security because the thugs do what they want, the internet going down for several days or having to get up early to get water or not having cash to pay for the bus and having to walk a long way to go to school or work, having to queue for days at the bank to get what they want to give you from your money, as if the money was theirs.
Not having petrol and having to spend up to three days in a queue to get petrol, not being paid a decent salary and only enough to buy two flour and a cheese, and I am not exaggerating, seeing decent, hard-working people unable to eat three meals a day, having your money devalued from one day to the next because of hyperinflation.

Having to take off your shoes when it starts raining because it floods the streets like a river, those are things that cause sadness. The huge eggs in the streets or craters, being afraid to stand in a police station because you don't know if they are going to rob you more than the thugs themselves. Arriving home with only a few loaves of bread because several hungry children in the street ask you for bread on the way home, that fills me with a lot of sadness.

Even though these things make me sad, I believe that one must overcome every sadness, because we have to jump over every obstacle that life presents us and come out on top even if we use all our strength, so cheer up and let's go forward because where there is hope there will always be salvation.
