Hello Hive friends, I hope you are well, today I want to show you a little piece of my Yaracuy state. A mystical, exotic and beautiful valley, known in Venezuela for being a land of myths and legends, today I want to show you that Yaracuy is a state that tourists and locals fall in love with its exuberant nature. Come with me to take a look at some of the most beautiful places that our enchanted valley has. The tourist jewel of the country.
Sus extensas montañas se pueden apreciar a lo largo de todo el estado, la belleza natural que tiene para mostrar, te enamorará apenas lo visites. Sin importar donde te encuentres podrás observar un cielo con un azul intenso, sus verdes y frondosos paisajes que enamoran a la vista; y cuando es la época, el araguaney se viste de gala de manera majestuosa para alegrar el corazón de los yaracuyanos y anunciarnos que ya vienen las ferias de Mayo.
It's extensive mountains can be seen throughout the state, the natural beauty it has to show will make you fall in love as soon as you visit it. No matter where you are you'll be able to observe an intense blue sky, its green and lush landscapes that enchant the eye; and when it's time, the araguaney dresses up in a majestic way to cheer the hearts of the people of Yaracuy and announce to us that the May fairs are coming.
A continuación te comparto algunos de los lugares que puedes visitar y se que te gustaran.

Se encuentra ubicado en pleno centro de la capital del estado, este parque guarda las ruinas de lo que un día fue la ciudad de San Felipe antes de ser destruida por el terremoto del 26 de Marzo de 1812. El parque actualmente posee casi 100 especies vegetales diferentes, en los que se encuentran árboles centenarios de gran tamaño. También posee un museo en el que se exponen piezas encontradas por el equipo de investigadores y arqueológicos. En la primera imagen de la derecha se muestra la fachada de la entrada principal al parque, y debajo, las ruinas de lo que un día fue la iglesia Nuestra Señora de la Presentación. Parque Recreacional Leonor Bernabó
Located in the heart of the state capital, this park keeper the ruins of what was once the city of San Felipe before being destroyed by the earthquake on March 26, 1812. The park currently has almost 100 different plant species in which there are large centenary trees. It also has a museum in which pieces found by the team of researchers and archaeologists are exhibited. The first image on the right shows the facade of the main entrance to the park, and below, the ruins of what was once the church of 'Nuestra Señora de La Presentación'. If you like history you have to visit it.
Este parque se encuentra al norte de la ciudad de San Felipe, dentro del parque Nacional Yurubí. Brinda tanto a turistas como locales conectar con la naturaleza, allí puedes encontrar diversas áreas como chozas, áreas infantiles, canchas deportivas y balnearios, siendo este último uno de los grandes atractivos junto a las caminatas en los distintos senderos que tiene el parque.
En la primera imagen de la izquierda, la entrada a uno de los senderos que se encuentran en el parque, denominado "senderos mágicos". En la segunda imagen una de las quebradas del río Yurubí.
Parque Recreacional Represa de Cumaripa
This park is located north of the city of San Felipe, within the Yurubí National Park. It allows both tourists and locals to connect with nature, there you can find various areas such as huts, children's areas, sports fields and rivers, the latter being one of the great attractions along with the walks on the different trails that the park has. In the first image on the left, the entrance to one of the trails found in the park, called "Senderos mágicos". In the second image one of the streams of the Yurubí River.
La represa de Cumaripa es uno de los reservorios de agua más importantes del estado, ubicado en el municipio Bruzual es uno de los mayores atractivos que tiene este municipio acá puedes disfrutar de la serenidad y paz que transmiten sus aguas tranquilas. También puedes realizar diferentes deportes acuáticos como windsurf, velerismo, motos acuáticas y canotaje. El parque cuenta con una cancha de voleibol de playa, parque infantil, cafetín, sanitarios y cabañas con parrillera para compartir en familia.

The Cumaripa dam is one of the most important water reservoirs in the state, located in the Bruzual municipality, it is one of the greatest attractions that this municipality has. Here you can enjoy the serenity and peace that its calm waters transmit. You can also do different water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, jet skis and canoeing, there is also sport and commercial fishing. The park has a beach volleyball court, a playground, a cafeteria, restrooms, and cabins with barbecues to share with the family.
Cocorote es un municipio encantador del estado Yaracuy, es un lugar conocido por recibir personas en cualquier época del año, ya que allí se celebran muchas fiestas tradicionales con raíces religiosas y culturales, siendo una de las más populares, su tradicional feria del buñuelo que año a año se realiza para la semana Santa. Pero sin lugar a dudas uno de sus grandes atractivos son sus extensas montañas, donde puedes realizar senderismo. En la primera imagen de la derecha se encuentra el mirador de Paraguito, ubicado a unos 1.315 mt sobre el nivel del mar. En la imagen de abajo, la iglesia de San Gerónimo junto a la plaza Bolívar de Cocorote, lugar donde se llevan a cabo muchas de las celebraciones de este municipio.
Cocorote is a charming municipality in the Yaracuy state, it is a place known for receiving people at any time of the year, since many traditional festivals with religious and cultural roots are celebrated there, one of the most popular being its traditional buñuelo fair that takes place every year for Easter. But without a doubt one of its great attractions is its extensive mountains, where you can go hiking. In the first image on the right is the Paraguito viewpoint, located about 1.315 mt above sea level. In the image below, the church of San Gerónimo next to Plaza Bolívar de Cocorote, where many of the celebrations of this municipality take place.
