Traveling along the Cote d'Azur, we had to see many small towns in France and Italy. And always, looking at the variety of local buildings, the question arose in my head: "How old are all these houses really?"

The fact is that my mother-in-law has been living in Italy for many years. Once, having gone there to work, she got quite a good job there, and now she is a kind of guide for us, who tells a lot of interesting things about Italy.

According to her Italian friend Franco, people here do not care much about the appearance of old buildings, maintaining only their more or less neat appearance, but inside the houses everything is perfect and clean.

The climate of Italy and the south of France is such that there are no sudden temperature changes, and the weather is quite stable throughout the year, so there are few major damage to local buildings. In turn, large administrative and municipal buildings are always in excellent condition.

Путешествуя по Лазурному побережью, нам пришлось увидеть множество небольших городов Франции и Италии. И всегда, глядя на многообразие здешних построек в голове возникал вопрос: «А сколько же на самом деле лет всем этим домам?»

Дело в том, что моя тёща уже много лет живёт в Италии. Однажды, уехав туда на работу, она вполне неплохо устроилась там, и теперь является для нас своеобразным гидом, кто рассказывает про Италию много интересного.

По словам её итальянского друга Франко, люди здесь не сильно заботятся о внешнем облике старых зданий, поддерживая лишь их более-менее аккуратный вид, но зато внутри домов всё идеально и чисто.

Климат Италии и юга Франции таков, что здесь нет резких перепадов температур, и погода достаточно стабильна в течение года, поэтому на местных зданиях мало крупных разрушений. В свою очередь большие административные и муниципальные строения всегда в отличном состоянии.
