SAN LAZARO National Sanctuary

Good good incredible community of Pinmapple, today I come with a place that I visited on vacation, it is super beautiful. I am not much of a believer, although I have and show a lot of respect for religions, and the truth is that I really loved the place. In my case, I visited the National Sanctuary of San Lázaro, with my family on behalf of my girlfriend.

This beautiful sanctuary is located in Santiago de las Vegas, Havana in a town called El Rincón, due to this many people call the place that way. This place is well known and carried by Cubans, since San Lazaro is very famous and loved by the people for being attributed to the cure of serious illnesses or that have no cure to date, or any problem you have of any kind, among others. more things.

Entering through its doors, its beauty dazzles you wherever you look, there are some long chairs for people to sit and make their promises and ask their saints for help, you can see the beautiful, highly detailed sculptures in the center with San Lazaro in the middle and the on the sides Saint Joseph and the Miraculous Virgin, on its ceiling a large painting of heaven full of angels.

On its sides you will find murals made of small pieces of very artistic ceramics, paintings and other beautiful creations such as the Virgin of Charity of El Cobre, in these parts you can light a candle and put flowers on it.This place also has a small store where its visitors buy objects related to these religions and take it with them or put it somewhere in the house so that you are well taken care of.

In conclusion, I loved the place, luckily I went on a rarely visited date, because on the designated days many people come to give offerings of their promises and their Faith. I hope next year to be able to repeat it again and go and ask for good health for mine. If you are in Havana, do not hesitate to visit this incredible Sanctuary.
