🥇 Medieval market in the fog - a visit to "Burgruine Aggstein" by @solymi

Conditions for photography where not that nice today, it was a damp cold foggy November day. It was forecast, that the fog would disappear in the afternoon but it chose to stay the whole day. The 3-8 degrees where rather close to 3 and that wore on my batteries. I constantly kept the batteries on a rotation warming one in my pocket while shooting with the other. I switched back to the 35mm lens so I could get autofucus but that turned out to be a disaster. Well shit happens.
I also seem to have used vertical mode only today. That looks awful in a blogpost but hey Sometimes a frame is chosen...

🥈 Let's discover the beauty of Morocco #9 - A stroll in Meknes ! by @hierundjetzt

Starting my adventure at the historic gateway ‘Bab Belqari’, I passed through places steeped in history and culture, each with its own unique charm. This walk led me to discover ‘Sarij Souani’, then ‘Marrah’ street, the historic ‘Bab Marrah’ gateway, ‘Dar Makhzen’, and I continued along ‘Abderrahman Ibn Zidan’ boulevard. Finally, I ended my journey at the ‘Bab Bou Eimer’ gate and the ‘Rouamzine’ street. In this blog, I'm going to take you along with me on this long and beautiful walk!

🥉 Ascension Cathedral, Almaty. Kazakhstan. by @grindle

Panfilov park is not just about the death and destruction of war, lets have a look at a cathedral shall we? From the golden domes to the riotous colour scheme the Ascension Cathedral was a joy to snap. There is something really architecturally special about these Soviet churches. It was constructed over a three year period in the early 1900's and was completed in 1907 after just three years.
