This fort deserves the tourism recognition as it served as a watch spot for many years to protect the town from pirate and invaders. It looks perfectly historical with its galleons and firm architecture. Places that have helped shape the character of a town are deserving of wide recognition. We also have fort here in the island of Cebu named as Fort San Pedro. It has been a gem of our island as it served many purposes for centuries. It was a watch spot, a cemetery, a garden, and now a tourism spot for interested visitors who wants to experience the real history of a certain place. I hope you enjoyed your visit and look from above, which you have seen a very stunning wide ocean view. To more of this!

Yes. I completely agree with you; these places are interesting to me precisely because of their historical and architectural value, which usually have several layers of meaning. I'd love to see some photos of the fort you mentioned. I find it curious that despite the distances, we share a certain common past. Greetings from Caracas!! 🌞☺️
