I hope everyone had a great Christmas with family and friends!
Join me as I continue our saga of chasing waterfalls through Samoa.
As we leave Sopoga falls not far down the road we see a sign for the next waterfall Fuipisia falls.

Now as all waterfalls are located on someone's property, you pay the family that owns the land an entrance fee.
Now this one was the most expensive entrance fee out of all the waterfalls that we visited in Samoa.
20 tala per adult and 15 for Raph so 55 tala all up. Around $30 Australian

None the less the money goes straight to the family that lives here, and we are exploring in their back yard!
The lady points down a carved out path in the bush and says the water fall is a bout 500 meters down that path. So away we go.

Now it was hot! I mean I was sweating like a blind lesbian at a fish market. But the idea to marvel at a beautiful waterfall was the drive to keep me going.
About 150 metres in we came past some old wrecked cars in the bush so we knew we were on the right path.

Then our first bridge crossing.
There was a little stream running with some rocks that we could walk over to cross the stream.

This was the half way mark. As we could start to hear the power of the water fall in the distance.
We could see water spray over the bushes and then all of a sudden we were greeted with an amazing view of this huge water fall in all its glory.

Fuipisia falls 55meters to the bottom of the jungle floor

I decided I wanted to go and see the creek at the top of the water fall so after a little muddy hike I made it to the top!

There was a beautiful view from up here. It's crazy how lush and green everything is!

This was probably my favourite waterfall of the bunch.

Stay tuned for my next blog about our adventure chasing waterfalls through paradise which is Samoa!

That place looks unreal!!! I mean that waterfall (your favorite and mine) looks like something AI couldn't copy. What a beautiful place!
It definitely is a beautiful waterfall!!
The first photo of this beautiful waterfall is simply spectacular with that silky effect. Cheers!
