Radhe Radhe Everyone!

Today we are at trans Himalayan region which is surrounded by the greater Himalayas around the village Nako in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. The region is quite arid as it lies to the rain shadow of the Himalayas and these Mountains are made up of sedimentary and metamorphic rock giving them rocky structure and form. With little vegetation and almost negligible wild flora and fauna, people in the area has adopted different strategies to live the best life possible. Let's explore the area and the mountains together!

I took the some time out of my busy schedule and explore the area around the village. The people here are so welcoming loving and hospitality here is on another level. Although the most of the area is barren but people have cultivated the land and grown specific crop. The area is removed therefore all you can see our houses made in traditional architecture from with the help of material available locally such as the mud stone and wood.

Tourism has played a main role in highlighting the area and making it famous for various reasons. Cause of tourism people here make their leaving and the area is going too. Tourism here help the people to connect with the outer world and give them chance to make the area even more famous. While walking through the streets I saw lots of construction going on and its all because of the hi amount of tourism in the area. People are making hotels and restaurants so that they can earn high amount by hosting people.

It was a beautiful sunny day, the sky was blue the sun was shining brigher. While roaming around in this beautiful sunny day we reached near the hilltop and saw some homes there. It was a village in the narco Valley between the trans Himalayas and between snow cap mountains.

As this was my first time roaming in the area and all the houses seemed same to me. Made up of same material and same type I really found it hard to distinguish between two houses. Do let me know if we are on same page. Same thing happen with me when I visit it Rajasthan for the very first time. While passing through the streets of Rajasthan every house seems same to me but they belongs to different people and they were somehow different which I failed to identify.

Have a look at this beautiful village between the lap of Himalayas covered with prayer flags. As the wind blows the Mantras in prayer flag also travel and spread peace and love in the whole area. Some of the people here have turn their homes into airbnb and made it easy for travellers and visitors to experience the authentic food and get a homely experience.

Fascinated by the beauty of village and the mountains around my friend and I decided to go for a little track between the mountains and above the village. The beauty of the mountains left me in awe and I realised that I made a good decision.

Located in the North eastern part of Himachal Pradesh this region full of river valleys deep goals and mountains with altitude ranging between 2300 meters and 7000 meters.

Walking up towards the Hills wasn't a easy decision but to get the best view we have to do it no matter what. This whole area of Kinnaur is more like Spiti, the rugged mountains and the barren land around is quite similar.

As this area is closed to Spiti therefore the mountains here are barren with high altitude but on the other side the lower Kinnaur is full of lush green valleys were you will see lots of Apple farm and number of crops growing. And finally this is where we ended up, the view from here was magnificent whole Valley, the rivers, all are visible from this spot.

The flora and the fauna in this place is near to negligible but this is the main feature that makes it unique and beautiful in its own way. The more you see the more you wants to know about the place and more the place attracts you towards itself. I would definitely love to explore the whole area in depth and want to climb these mountains if I get any chance. Stay tuned for such content and until then enjoy these beautiful landscapes of the Kinnaur area in Trans Himalayan ranges in Himachal Pradesh.

Hey @vaibhavrawat you are welcome. Thanks for using @worldmappin 😘

It looks like a place where the cold reigns most of the year, but for me it's ok, I like the cold haha.

It's true what you mention about the flora and fauna, it seems non-existent, but that makes this place unique.

Thanks for sharing these stunning sceneries. Greetings!

Thanks for the support and lovely comment and I love cold too @musicandreview
