Explore Van Thong Cave - The beauty of Nature

Hello everyone! How are you today? Hope all good things come to you. Today is a beautiful day to step outside, today I have two of my friends visit Da Nang city. We had a temple trip at Thuy Son mountain of Ngu Hanh Son scenic spot. On this trip, there is a place that I would like to recommend to everyone. It is a cave located in Thuy Son mountain. In the scenic complex of Ngu Hanh Son, there are countless large and small caves, but there is definitely a very unique cave, which I would like to introduce in today's article. This cave is called Van Thong cave, to get here you have to move from the centre of Da Nang city to the famous Marble Mountains with a journey of 11km. Currently, Ngu Hanh Son scenic complex is open to the public and you do not need to buy tickets to visit here.

Van Thong cave is located in the middle of Thuy Son mountain, you have to go up the stairs from the foot of Thuy Son mountain to reach Van Thong cave. This cave is not too big, but it has a unique feature, that is, there will be a small way in the cave so that you can go through the small crevices of the cave to reach the top of Thuy Son mountain. In front of the rank mouth, there will be directions for you to get to this place. In front of the cave, there will be small steps, so you can step inside the cave. Van Thong Cave has a round shape, like a pipe. The deeper you go into the cave, the smaller it will become, in the middle of the cave there will be a statue of Buddha in a standing position. This statue is located overlooking the cave entrance, the Buddha statue is about 2m high. The right hand of the Buddha statue is stretched straight to the hip, and the left hand is in the position of catching the seal. The light inside the cave only consists of 3 small lights, so the inside of the cave is quite dark. If you come here you need to have a flashlight or a mobile phone flash. Behind the statue will be a small passage, with a small hole for a person to get inside the cave. The cave is quite slippery, due to the water accumulating on the rocks.

After entering the middle of the cave, there will be a rather large skylight. After a rather tiring journey into the row, we sat and rested on small rocks. The light is shining on the area inside the cave, if you come here at noon, the sun will shine directly to the bottom of the cave, creating a beautiful scene. After resting for a while, we continued to follow the small path ahead, this part of the cave is quite small, compared to the first part that we entered. To get to the top of the mountain, each person will move one by one to reach the top of the cave. If you bring a backpack, it will definitely not be possible to get to the top of the cave. We passed the backpacks to the front and we finally got out of the cave.

When you have reached the top of the cave, there will be a small path leading you to small steps, which will lead visitors to the top of Thuy Son mountain. After a hard climb, we took a deep breath and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Thuy Son mountain will have 2 peaks: Thuong Thai peak and Trung Thai peak. The peak we are standing on is Trung Thai Peak, which is the second-highest peak of Thuy Son mountain. Standing from the top of Trung Thai mountain, you can see the beaches of Da Nang city and the residential area south of the city. If you look at the centre of Da Nang city, a part of the top of Thuong Thai mountain will be obscured. Standing from here, I feel the beauty of nature when the wind blowing from the sea makes me enjoy the most relaxing moments. Whatever the journey, the encounter with nature will always inspire me to live better in this life. Returning to nature is like recharging the empty energy box in every human being. We used to live like machines with hardened battery cores before the suffocating urban rhythm. Thanks to nature, I was inspired to write these lines.
