A hike through the forest and the first riding lesson in Cladova

Have you ever heard of Cladova?

If you have ever visited a hilly area with a very large expanse of forest with many narrow dirt roads leading into the heart of the forest, here time stands still, the only sounds you hear are those of footbridges and the river winding through the forest, old abandoned houses, very friendly locals, this is Cladova in short.

I am fortunate to have so many touristy places around me that I rarely photograph to share with you or on social media.
Today we are going together to Cladova, but to get there I had to follow the National Road 7 (a very important road that connects Romania to the rest of Europe) for a few kilometers until I came across a sign indicating us to turn left, from here begins the foray to Cladova, it is divided into Valea Mare and Valea Mica, on these valleys is actually the village of Cladova with old houses, but from what I have seen lately many people who live in the city have bought houses here in the village that they renovated and turned them into holiday homes.

Today we don't actually visit the village (I'll make another post with local life there) but we go to wander on the dirt roads through the forest there.
We leave the village on the paved road and continue walking on a dirt road for a while, then we leave the car and walk through the forest, already everything is changing, the air is different and the forest seems to want to put on autumn clothes.

For me I think there is nothing more relaxing than a walk in the forest, as autumn is already knocking at our door in the forest you can see these things, walking in the forest we find many types of mushrooms very interesting (because I do not know the type of mushrooms I personally do not pick these mushrooms to eat them, so I recommend that when you walk in the forest and find mushrooms and do not know if they are edible or not do not pick them, photograph them and leave them there).

We have learned something, if we respect the forest and it will respect us, here we have found special places for barbecue with wooden gazebos so beautiful can be this place and I have not shown you yet.

Do you know how relaxing it can be to sit still and listen to nature?

That's what we did, and one time we heard a sound that resembled a trickle of water, how lucky we are we came across a spring, later we also saw a sign with the name of the spring, Mariana Spring.

Cladovei area is famous for mountainbike or hiking trails, it has kilometers of trails of varying degrees of difficulty, all trails are signposted, if you are passionate about biking through the forest here you can get on some trails in other nearby municipalities.

Today compared to other dates I took my drone with me, the weather gave me a bit of trouble but finally I managed to take some shots from the drone that I really need to show you.

After a while of wandering through the woods we had to go back to the car because the mosquitoes started attacking us mercilessly and without a solution against them we had no chance to stay there.
On the way back we thought we'd visit something nice here in the area, namely Horse Valley, Horse Valley is a family business of people who love horses.
The business started 6 years ago when they bought some farmland that the locals had not used for years and they gave life to the place.

The main focus of the business is forest riding, and the sensitive part of the business is the horse sanctuary, abused horses, injured horses, horses with behavioural problems (we found out that there are such types of horses), horses that their owners let starve to death and many other cases, they, through the volunteers who work here, care for them and help them to become vigorous animals again, help them to integrate among healthy horses.

Since we visited here, my wife got the idea to take her first riding lesson, she had never ridden a horse before, the instructor was the founder of the place, at first she was a bit scared but after a few meters she already started to like it, here she lived an experience that my wife will recommend and if you have the opportunity somewhere in the world to take riding lessons do not hesitate this experience.

Our short exploration of Cladova ends here, where I can finally say that I had a full day, but I must admit that I discovered a part that I don't like and that is the fact that some private companies have ruthlessly cut down the forest, this is what I noticed when I flew the drone, when you are on the road you don't see the disaster, but when you are in the air you see the reality.

If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.

P.S. The attached pictures you have just seen are taken by me with my mobile phone and drone, and the text is also designed by me.

Glad you liked the attached images and thanks for stopping by.

@triplug Yeah i like them thanks for sharing with us have a nice day.

Wow that's a beautiful forest @triplug
I love everything there including the trees, the grass, the leaves and especially the huge mushrooms.
I never ride a horse before but I think it must be interesting to give it a try.

I recommend if you ever have the opportunity to take riding lessons don't hesitate, it's a great feeling.
Moreover, if you can do a horseback ride for a few kilometers, the feeling is even more spectacular.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
