Perhaps traveling to the beach in the summer is an indescribable wonderful thing. This time it was my 2 days 2 nights trip to Phan Thiet city, which has a long coastline and white sand.

We started moving from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet by bus, the ticket price is about 260,000 VND for 1 person, and the travel time is about 6-7 hours from the time the bus starts to depart. This is the first time I have come to Phan Thiet, I have known Phan Thiet for a long time through the words of my friends, but this time I was able to witness and experience a quite interesting Phan Thiet with my own eyes.
It's a trip in June, the month of great beach vacations. When I first came here, the first thing I noticed was that Phan Thiet street is very beautiful, easy to navigate, easy to find, there are not too many alleys compared to Ho Chi Minh City where I live. Arriving is almost taking a day by bus, Afternoon around 16h00 we arrive, check-in, and start renting motorbikes around the city. Actually, where I live seems more like the countryside than a city, because everything is simple, the roads are also quite deserted, we rented motorbikes from the hotel where we stayed for 130k / day. A car that is not too new but not too old, enough for us to have a vehicle to experience Phan Thiet gently.

Lucky for us on this trip because the weather is very beautiful, sunny, free to roam everywhere. In fact, if you know how to drive a car, there is also a rental service here, which is convenient for large families. As for me, I like to enjoy the wind on a motorbike, so when I go to tourist destinations, I often choose to rent a motorbike, easy to move, easy to stop by the roadside if I like.

Phan Thiet is a coastal city and has many interesting places. Especially Phan Thiet is famous for its desert-like white sand dunes located in Bau Trang, Mui Ne Phan Thiet. This time I was determined to come here to experience it firsthand. From my hotel to the sand dunes about 20 minutes by motorbike. White Sand Dunes, also known as Bau Trang, is a very famous tourist attraction in Mui Ne Phan Thiet and is likened to the Sahara desert, attracting many domestic and international tourists by the pure beauty of the sand. plus the beautiful surrounding scenery is a place not to be missed when traveling to Phan Thiet. Next to the sandhill is a large freshwater lake that provides fresh water for the people here. In the lake, people plant more lotuses and water lilies, which adds to the beauty of this place a lot. Here you can explore the White Sand Dunes by Jeep terrain, you will be free to explore the sand dunes and drive up. Take a photo as a souvenir. Rent a car with a driver or you can drive yourself. In addition, when you go to the top of the hill, you will see people renting skis for sandboarding, which is one of the special games only available in Phan Thiet. Sand skis: this is an interesting game for everyone from children to adults, rent a skateboard here for about 20,000 VND / 1 sheet, feel free to experience the feeling of sliding from the top of the sandhill to the bottom. , the price is very cheap, should try it once if you come here.
The best time to visit the sand dunes is on sunny days, in the early morning or afternoon around 16h00-17h30 is the best, this time will not be burned by the sun of the sea. Haha. Actually, it's also a good time to take great pictures.

On the way back to the hotel, I stopped at Neighborhood Market, which is one of the places selling cheap fresh seafood in Phan Thiet, here seafood prices are very affordable, but you have to know how to negotiate low prices. then the price offered by the seller. You can choose to eat on-site or take away, I choose to eat on the spot, just pay 30,000-50,000 VND more and you will be able to cook food on the spot, and enjoy it right next to the cool beach, watching the beautiful sunsets.
