An overview of the lake:

Those who love the peaceful and poetic, should not miss Khe Ngang Lake when coming to the ancient capital city. This place is likened to a beautiful young girl in the middle of the great mountain town. A peaceful space, Khe Ngang Lake is nestled amidst the wildness of the suburbs, like soft silk stretching between the flow of the narrow central land. Located about 70km from Hue City, Khe Ngang Lake gradually becomes a fun place for many young people on weekends. And for those who love photography, Ho is the ideal place for beautiful photos.

Although it is an artificial lake, the lake still has its own unique beauty. The lake surface is calm and the water is clear enough to become a giant mirror, reflecting the blue sky and white clouds. Coming to Khe Ngang Lake, we feel like we are immersed in nature, mountains, and forests with peaceful scenery. In particular, the water near the shore is not muddy but mixed with gravel, so the water is very clear and clean, suitable for swimming, and camping activities.
Khe Ngang Lake is not far from the city center with an area of more than 350ha. The lake impresses with small oases, surrounded by pine forests. As soon as we arrived here, we had to exclaim in admiration at the peaceful picture of nature. Perhaps that's why people also know Khe Ngang lake with the name "Nam Thien De Nhat Ho". Although not too far from the center, this lake is located in the middle of the mountains. Therefore, the way to get here is a bit difficult to create a sense of adventure and adventurous discovery along the way. When we went we had to combine both Google Maps and ask the locals to get to this place.

Our schedule when coming here is a few hours to walk around the lake there are many interesting places. It is a large reed meadow, a very suitable place to produce shimmering photos. The forest is suitable for peaceful afternoon trekking. and choose flat, vacant lots to set up camp together.

We had moments of playing together amidst the lyrical and poetic scenery of Khe Ngang Lake. After days of studying and working hard, deadlines are piling up, now we have moments of relaxation together that are extremely valuable and wonderful.
Life is always full of fun and new things, we just need to arrange a reasonable time to be able to have interesting short domestic tours with friends.
Although it is not a famous sight of Hue tourism, your journey to discover Khe Ngang Lake will certainly be wonderful. Because you don't have to go to the lake to feel the beauty. But even on the way, you can also admire the natural picture of the village of Hue.
I hope I can be tour guide in Hue city for all you.
Thanks
