Discover the strange temple in Hue city

Hi everyone, it is me again, I had a post in this community and now I want to write another post to introduce to you the beauty of my country and the strengths of tourism in my country.
If you know the Hue city you will be introduced that this city is a spiritual city with many famous temples and churches.

And it's one of the most famous places for spiritual tourism in my country. Today I would like to introduce to you a temple called Tang Quang.

Where is Tang Quang temple?

The Tang Quang temple is located at 2/3/ Kiet 91, Nguyen Chi Thanh street, Phu Hiep ward, Hue city. Local people often call it "Yellow Ao Dai Temple" - a simple and rustic way of calling the people for the temple with the monks wearing yellow robes, unlike other pagodas in Hue.

We can even predict the rise and fall of the trend or the school that created it." Tang Quang temple is the temple of Theravada Buddhism, coming to Tang Quang Temple we can easily see the difference. Different from other temples: Not dignified and luxurious, not mysterious and mysterious, as profound, not innocent and simple, simple for us the feeling of simplicity, reality, clarity, stability, and serenity, or more specifically, the lightness, clarity, serenity, sophistication, solidity including the main hall, stupa, patriarch, guest house, hall and shrine, main hall and stupa.

The architecture of the Tang Quang temple is opened by the Tam Quan gate, with three entrances, the middle entrance is wider and wider than the two sides. There are decorations on each gate of the Tang Quang temple. The middle gate is decorated with a wheel representing the Twelve Causes and Conditions, the two sides are a wheel representing the Eightfold Path, and the front of the gate is engraved with the words "Tang Quang Tu".

From Tam Quan gate to the temple, visitors will go by two paths on the left and right. In the middle of these two paths, there is a common top and a self-made semicircular lotus pond, although small in size, the same top makes the temple more majestic and the white lotus pond makes the scene more pure and gentle.

Going all the way through the small courtyard is the main hall and the stupa honoring the relics of the Buddha. The main hall and the stupa are built in the same space. The main hall is on the ground floor, the stupa is built above and located in the front of the main hall, in front of the main hall are three steps, the left and right sides are decorated with stone dragon statues.

From the outside looking at the main hall, visitors will realize the solemnity, purity, and serenity - partly thanks to the majestic appearance of the stupa. This is also the highlight of the temple, not only the height but also the design and the golden color that covers the entire tower and the Buddha hall that can be easily recognized from afar.

Tang Quang - simple and majestic, gentle and pure will forever deserve to be the first temple of Theravada Buddhism in Hue. The golden color and morality of the monks will rise higher and farther in the future like the pure and simple lyrics of the monk Trung Thien. The temple is not only a place for transcendental spiritual practice but also a place for people to calm down for a peaceful soul after the chaotic worries of a dusty life. Although not everyone can easily accept the chanting of Pali sutras, every time we kneel at the Buddha's feet, we feel lighter. The temple bell is a magical sound that has entered people's hearts. Coming to the peaceful and poetic ancient capital, we not only enjoy the beauty of the peaceful Perfume River, the peaceful Ngu mountain, the ancient beauty of the temples and mausoleums but also come to the pagoda to relax the soul and regain the peace of mind.
