I didn't know Napoleon said this about Istanbul. I've been there and I must say, I found it impressive. Not really to be or to stay there for more days, rather than having been there (e.g. on the Bosporus the border between Europe and Asia) BUT when I read about the city and people (expats) living there anyway it draw again my attention and I think that it would be a great city to live in once one gets to know it a little better! !PIZZA !CTP
