This week my older brother celebrated 20 years of marriage by getting married again in the beach! So I got the chance to visit "Los Caracas" in La Guaira State in Venezuela.
I've been to La Guaira before, but only to Naiguatá and this time we went a little bit further to the east, to this wonderful place where the mountain and the beach meet.
The wedding was celebrated by the shore, and our lodgings were uphill towards the mountain, in a wood-like road. It's almost a 20 minutes distance by foot, but the views you get while walking make it worth the little excercise.
And there was a river too! This river connects to the sea as well, so even if you were in the beach you could access to it as well.
In this trip I was on Bridesmaid duty, so I worked real hard to help the bride and make her feel relaxed during the ceremony.
It was a nice experience to visit this place, and even tho is a little bit far it's totally worth it. The nature is beyond expectation and the locals are really kind, if you ever visit La Guaira, I highly recommend this place.
