Wow that is an imposing castle. Some castles seem like they are out of whimsical fairy tale, this castle seem all busines - a serious military fortification. The river does seem danderously high. I love the detail of using a mill stone as the corner of a retaining wall thats very cool.

Yes, I agree. Very “I mean business” castle.
Crazy thing was, you could walk next to it. The path was very slippery and the water high and fast.
Temperatures were under 0… so really freezing 🥶
