These days I went out to buy some things I needed at home and run other errands, while I was walking quickly I felt tired so I stopped to breathe a little, at that moment I observed the place and I found my town very beautiful, maybe I was seeing it with eyes of love or gratitude, I don't know, it provoked me to take some pictures and share it in my travel community.
It is amazing how sometimes we prefer to show how far we have come when we travel other roads but not where we come from or where we are. Today I want to show you the town where I grew up and still live, it's called Cagua it's located in Aragua state in Venezuela and I will show you pictures of the center of the community.
En estos días salí a comprar algunas cosas que necesitaba en casa y hacer otras diligencias, mientras caminaba rápidamente me sentí cansada así que me detuve a respirar un poco, en ese momento observe el lugar y me pareció muy bonito mi pueblo, tal vez lo estaba viendo con ojos de amor o de agradecimiento, no lo sé, me provocó tomar algunas fotografías y compartirla en mi comunidad de viajes.
Es asombroso cómo a veces preferimos mostrar los lejos que llegamos cuando recorremos otros caminos pero no de donde venimos o en donde estamos. Hoy quiero enseñarte el pueblo donde crecí y sigo viviendo, se llama Cagua se encuentra en el estado Aragua en Venezuela y te mostraré imágenes del centro de la comunidad.

Cagua has a population for the year 2015 of 112,571 inhabitants, currently, I don't know how much it has grown population-wise. It is one of the towns with the largest industries in the center of the country.

Cagua posee una población para el año 2015 de 112.571 habitantes, actualmente no sé cuánto ha crecido poblacionalmente. Es una de los pueblos con mayores industrias del centro del país.
It was structured on November 29, 1620, as a town and despite being 70 years older than the capital city "Maracay" it did not achieve its development.
It has important companies in the food sector and education many institutes of higher and middle level for example:
Se estructuró el 29 de noviembre de 1620 como pueblo y a pesar de ser 70 años más antiguo que la ciudad capital "Maracay" no logró su desarrollo.
Posee empresas importantes del sector alimenticio y en educación muchos institutos de nivel superior y media por ejemplo:
UNEFA - Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica de la Fuerza Armada Bolivariana (National Experimental Polytechnic University of the Bolivarian Armed Forces).

IUTAR - Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Antonio Ricaurte (University Institute of Technology Antonio Ricaurte)
CUAM - Colegio Universitario de Administración y Mercadeo (University College of Administration and Marketing)
IUTEPASCAL - Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Pascal - Pascal Technology University Institute

Although it is still a town with houses in the colonial style of the Spanish, there are also modern buildings such as shopping malls, Cagua is a town that seems frozen in time, sometimes it grows and then stops and goes backward, I emphasize this comment because I remember that it had several cinemas that no longer exist.

Aunque sigue siendo un pueblo con casas al estilo colonial de los españoles, también se mezclan edificios modernos como centros comerciales, Cagua es un pueblo que parece congelado en el tiempo, a veces crece y luego se detiene y retrocede, enfatizó este comentario porque recuerdo que llegó a tener varias salas de cines que ya no existen.
Con esto concluyó un breve paseo por mi pueblo, espero que te haya gustado venirme a visitar 😉 en mi hogar siempre serás bienvenido.
Curious fact - Dato curioso
De todos los municipios de Venezuela que son 335 el único que siempre ejercicio su voto en contra del gobierno y eligió candidatos a la alcaldía de la oposición fue Cagua.
Teniendo como castigo u opresión que los habitantes de esta comunidad no se beneficiarán de entrar en planes habitacionales, es decir por más de 1 generación las personas de Cagua no han podido tener casa propia por los planes de construcción del gobierno.
Los hijos tuvieron que formar familias y seguir viviendo con sus padres, quedando un espacio muy pequeño para albergar más de dos familias.
Actualmente la alcaldía ya pasó a manos de una mujer que es partidaria del gobierno y los cambios no llegaron.

The buildings are so colourful and beautiful. Too bad Cagua hasn't been benefitting from the government's housing plans. Hopefully, it gets better.
Yes, it is unfortunate that we have no profit, but I am proud of the political decisions made by its inhabitants for so long.
