Touring a mall! I think it's a great idea to achieve your travel goals. It's even more intense if you have to wait for other people.
My passengers in my travel van asked me to take them to a unique and memorable mall.
So, here it is. I took them to a mall in Yogyakarta called JOGJA CITY MALL.

Follow me, let's walk around this unique mall. From the front, the mall looks like nothing more than an office building and a classic mansion!
It's classic, and it actually resembles an ancient building. But in fact, it's a mall. Some sources say the mall's design is based on Roman architecture.

I noticed Roman-style statues at the front of the mall, just before parking. The tall pillars emphasized the building's theme, in my opinion.
The further inside, I felt like I was in a classic mansion. The dominant color was white.
The warm lighting intensified the classic feel. Of course, there were classic-style lamps throughout the mall.

With distinctive carvings, and some details that resembled European-style balconies.

Furthermore, I saw many statues placed in various corners. I saw them especially near the chairs. I felt like I was in Europe.

I sat in a corner of the mall balcony. Imagine being in Rome.
As I sat, I observed the details of the mall's interior. Honestly, I was amazed. This was the first time I'd seen a mall like this.

The carvings on the dividers between rooms. The accents that served as partitions between shops. Parts like the curved windows even felt classic to me.

Besides white, there was also black. The pillars that served as balconies. A contrast to the black and white.

I looked up at the top of the mall. Unique. Different. Something reminded me. Oh, it turns out. Guess what!
The most important thing that made this mall unique was the rooftop. The top of the mall looked like a church, which was very unique to me.

My passengers were also surprised and amazed by the rooftop. The beautiful paintings up there.

Although we didn't shop, we wandered around and enjoyed the beauty of Jogja City Mall. There are many shops inside, as well as many restaurants and coffee shops. But we didn't want to leave just yet, admiring the mall's architecture.

Next time, I'll take you guys to see the restaurants or coffee shops here. See you there.

Wow, this place looks amazing! The Roman style design and classic details make it feel like you’re in another country.
This mall don't seems a mall at all, it's so elegant seems more a fancy epocque palace 🤩🤩
