Hello Everyone!
I know it's been a long time I haven't posted here on hive but I had my reasons that I was travelling a lot and wanted to spend time with my family.So now I have a very interesting place to share with my hive family."Dawki River" which is located near the border of Bangladesh and Meghalaya which is a state in India in the north east. Meghalaya is a beautiful state and is a part of seven sisters of the northeast India. India has a rich culture and northeast plays an essential part in enhancing the great Indian culture.

This is the first time I have been to the northeast of India and this time it was with my family. Dawki is a small village but it's Boating is world famous and water is very clear which is also applaused World wide.We were total 12 person so we decided to go boating but the capacity is 3 person only so we hired 4 boats.
Reaching Dawki is also not that difficult it is only 80 km from Shillong capital of Meghalaya so taxi and travellers are easily available.
The view is amazing and we can the different nation even the people of Bangladesh,However, it is important to note that crossing the international border while boating is not allowed and can lead to serious legal consequences. The border is heavily guarded, and any unauthorized crossing can be seen as a security threat.Many soldiers were there to protect so people could have great time near the boating site.
Many locals were telling that many Bangladeshi try to invade in night and steal their boats and sell them in Bangladesh due to which many families struggle since they all are dependent on these boats for a living. Due to which locals have asked for more security.
When I reached this place I got lost in the colours and contrast I got to see this was really fun and beautiful place which is India.
As a photographer it was paradise and the people here was a great fun and beautiful crowd. I took some candids of the people here which defines the life here.
I tried to make a beautiful place and wanted a great experience and thought it will be great upportunity for me to show a beautiful corner of my country where we have a such great beauty.
We cannot ignore the fact how amazing the people are here who are so hardworking and we can see that culture is alive and this river brings so much joy to tourism and livelihood to the locals what a match it is made by God.
I really learnt a lot after visiting this place people here have limited source still are trying thier best to provide to thier family and have bright and better future which is very difficult after giving up the dreams and decide to support the family many boys might have dream like becoming some dancer and other occupation then boating but this is life we ourself have to take the step to become something else we want to and it takes one moment.
My Boating experience was amazing I really suggest to come for boating to this beautiful place.I never thought this could be so beautiful.
This place remain in my mind though I can see them any time since I have a record of it now but sometimes it is not about the work and time you invest sometimes it's just when you only observe which I was able to do it because everything felt different unique and beautiful at the same time this can happen only in India to all my hive friends even I feel like foreigner in my own country as I am not aware about all the vast culture of India but now I want to see it and with my camera you can see it too.

Hive helps me express my and attachment I feel with all pictures I capture I try I could tell some story with it and people could enjoy and become part of this story
