Some random places in the historic center of Verona

Hello everyone!

Walking around Verona all day, it is not possible to take photos in every interesting place, because the tour would take too long and I would see much less than I would like. Additionally, I would quickly exhaust the card space in the camera. Therefore, I will present here some random places with photos taken while walking around the historical center of this beautiful city.

Witam wszystkich!

Spacerując cały dzień po Weronie nie jest możliwe aby w każdym ciekawym miejscu wykonać zdjęcia, ponieważ zwiedzanie trwało by zbyt długo i zobaczyłbym dużo mniej niż bym chciał. Dodatkowo szybko wyczerpałbym miejsce na karcie w aparacie. Dlatego przedstawię tutaj kilka losowych miejsc ze zdjęciami wykonanymi podczas spaceru po historycznym centrum tego pięknego miasta.

Porta Leoni is an ancient gate that was built in the times of the Roman Republic and is located on Via Leoni.

Porta Leoni jest to antyczna brama, która powstała w czasach Republiki Rzymskiej i znajduje się przy ulicy Via Leoni.

Right next to the gate there are these excavations.

Tuż obok bramy znajdują się takie oto wykopaliska.

The church of San Fermo Maggiore is located next to the Adige River at the Ponte delle Navi bridge.

Kościół San Fermo Maggiore położony jest obok rzeki Adyga przy moście Ponte delle Navi.

The rest of the walk goes north along Lungadige Bartolomeo Rubele Street, which is located parallel to the Adige River.

Dalsza część spaceru jest w kierunku północnym ulicą Lungadige Bartolomeo Rubele, która położona jest równolegle do rzeki Adyga.

You can admire various colorful facades of tenement houses there.

Można przy niej podziwiać różne kolorowe fasady kamienic.

Ulica Via Ponte Pietra prowadząca do rzymskiego mostu łukowego Ponte Pietra.

Not all building facades are in good condition, even in such a popular tourist place as the entrance to the previously mentioned historic bridge.

Nie wszystkie fasady budynków są w dobrym stanie, nawet w takim popularnym turystycznie miejscu, jak wejście na wspomniany wcześniej zabytkowy most.
