This time I have ventured to know the capital of Andalusia and it is none other than the City of Seville, I had this city on my bucket list for a long time for all the amount of history and extraordinary photos I've seen of this beautiful place and well finally I have the opportunity to visit it and I have spent about 3 days of travel, which if it is true I have been very short because I hope to return to return to this city and to see other corners.
Without a doubt I can tell you that the singers of the musical group El Rio were right when they said that Seville has a special color and just by walking through the streets of this city a feeling of joy and colors overflows. Throughout your stay, regardless of the places you visit, you will be able to see the contrast of colors that exist in relation to other cities in Spain.

In Seville we find a Green color predominant in the gardens that are in different parts of the city, a Brown color that is highlighted in all the historical monuments of the city, Another color that predominates is the Red that we find in all those beautiful costumes of flamenco dancers that are found throughout the city and certainly one of the colors which is most noticeable is the Blue of all the tiles found in a countless number of buildings, squares, and gardens that make this city is full of so much joy.

But beyond all these compliments I can assure you that Seville is a city that is full of traditions and you can breathe in the street the way the Sevillians live their culture, as they show us their music and walking a little of its streets we will realize all the history that it transmits and that tells us by itself, without a doubt this is one of the great cities that I have liked to know more of Spain.
For this occasion I arrived in the city on a Thursday afternoon and I found an accommodation very close to the Triana neighborhood to be as central as possible and take advantage of the few days I'll be in the city so once I checked in I went directly to the historic part of the Triana neighborhood and this way take advantage of seeing the city from across the river and contemplate the night and also to discover the nightlife of the historic center of the city.

And well as an initial point I started walking along the part of the Guadalquivir River, here is a beautiful pedestrian walk in which we can observe from very close to the gold tower and the Triana bridge and I tell you that this walk will not disappoint you especially at night, because we can be delighted with the amount of lights that give the emblematic buildings of the city and additionally the light reflecting on the water will give us first hand a unique welcome of the city. That making dinner time I have taken advantage and I entered the Triana neighborhood to discover a little the theme of tapas and drinks as this area is very popular for such activities and so I would have my first encounter with a typical dish of the region.

On Friday after a good breakfast, it was time to get down to business regarding sightseeing and while looking for missing information, I realized that since there is so much tourism and so many tourists, there are many alternatives to visit the city, you will find many offers of Free Tour and agencies specializing in private tour guides but well in particular in this type of cities I like to go free and enter the places that most attract my attention, so as far as possible I try to locate the places and buy tickets personally.
Well to start one of the first tourist experiences of this city I started with the Real Alcazar of Seville, this place from the beginning has made me fall in love, here in this place not only highlights its palaces, its buildings, but also has extraordinary gardens that I easily spent a whole morning among them. Once inside this place the first thing they let us know is that the Real Alcazar of Seville is more than a series of palaces that were built one after another, then we have a first palace that was made as to make the seat of government for that time and then they were making the construction of the Gothic Palace and the Mudejar Palace. Among these palaces the one that has caught my attention is the Mudejar Palace, this one has a totally Andalusian style with a quite significant Arab inclination that you could confuse it with a Moroccan palace.

The gardens that are inside the Alquézar are quite large and we can be here at noon, and after visiting several rooms and closed places, it is very nice to be outdoors and take a break from the temperature of this city. In the middle of these gardens there are many interesting places that are highly recommended to visit, among them we have the mercury pond and the gallery of the grotesque, these you will find them next to the Gothic Palace so in principle is one of the first things we can observe during the tour. And then as we move this place we find 4 or 5 more gardens including the Ladies, the poets, the prince and the dance.

Another of the places that caught my attention is that while walking through the Maria Luisa park I have found the Spain Square of Seville, no doubt this was also one of the places that was on my list of visits in this square is characterized by having an incalculable tiles, has several bridges around the entire square and also a small natural lake in which you could easily take a boat ride. At first glance it seems that this square is built recently, however it has a lot of centuries in this same place.
This square is very particular, because its shape is like a semicircle and has its view or its direction towards the Guadalquivir River, is the river where the ships were setting sail to America and it is said that the shape of the square gives the simulation of a huge arms that what they do is to welcome all those people who were arriving from America.

One of the things that has also caught my attention is that on one side of the square you will find some huge ceramic benches, they are all very well positioned and in exact dimensions and in which on the floor is the map of each province of Spain and on their benches or around them are represented paintings of something representative of each city, then as main interest for any visitor to a Spanish city is to take a picture of the community in which you reside and obviously here I have taken my picture of the city of Zaragoza in which I currently reside.

The Cathedral of Seville and the Giralda is undoubtedly also one of the must-see sites in our visit to Seville, however doing a little research to enter you have to make payment depending on the type of visit I wanted to do, however in particular I am not very supportive of making contributions of money to visit a Catholic church in any case I sat a little outside the square and I was watching the grandeur and perfection of its architecture. Being there for about 40 minutes I observed many lines of people who wanted to enter there or to the tower of the Giralda and I could see an experience of something that had already told me that at the exit of the church some women approach you to give you a symbolic gift of a branch of rosemary and take the opportunity to offer you hand reading services and similar things and end up asking you money for the "gift received".

One of my last tourist visits was the Setas de Sevilla, it is a great spectacular monument that is located in the city if I remember correctly is one of the newest in the city and has not yet a complete popularity among travelers. In particular this place has enchanted me, it is a huge wooden structure that has a mushroom shape and is located throughout the center of the city of Seville. At the top you can find a viewpoint which you can access for a fee of 3 EUR and in which you will have a unique view of the city of Seville, on the first floor of this place we also have a craft market and a square that is used to perform shows.
Well for the moment these are the sites that I share with you of my tour of Seville, as a recommendation I comment if you can avoid visiting it in the month of April because in these dates are celebrated their fairs in addition to the Holy Week which is one of the most popular in Spain and then the issue of accommodation costs increase a little. Besides that the city for this date is very saturated and it would be very complicated to enjoy them to the fullest, hoping then that soon you can read me in a next adventure and in advance I thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to accompany me on this tour.
En esta oportunidad me he aventurado a conocer la capital de Andalucía y no es más que la Ciudad de Sevilla, vamos que esta ciudad ya la tenía en mi lista de pendientes desde hace muchísimo tiempo por toda la cantidad de historia y fotos extraordinarias que he visto de este hermoso lugar y bueno al fin llego la oportunidad de poderla visitar y le he dedicado unos 3 días de recorrido, que si bien es cierto me han quedado muy cortos pues espero volver a retornar a esta ciudad y poder ver otros rincones.
Sin duda alguna puedo decirles que los cantantes del grupo musical el río tenía muchísima razón al momento de indicar que Sevilla tiene un color especial y es que con solo caminar por las calles de esta ciudad se desborda una sensación de alegría y de colores. Durante toda la estancia independientemente de los sitios por los que visites podrás ver el contraste de colores que existen en relación con otras ciudades España.

En Sevilla nos encontramos con un color Verde predominante en los jardines que se encuentran en diferentes lugares de la ciudad, un color Marrón que se resalta en todos los monumentos históricos de la ciudad, otro color que predomina es el Rojo que lo encontramos en todas esos hermosos trajes de bailarines de flamenco que se encuentran por toda la ciudad y sin duda uno de los colores qué más qué más se hace notar es el Azul de todos los azulejos encontrados en un innumerable cantidad de edificios, plazas, y jardines que hacen que esta ciudad esté llena de tanta alegría.

Pero más allá de todos estos cumplidos les puedo asegurar que Sevilla es una ciudad que está llena de tradiciones y se respira en la calle la manera en que los sevillanos viven su cultura, como nos muestran su música y recorriendo un poco sus calles nos daremos cuenta de toda la historia que ella transmite y que nos cuenta por sí sola, sin duda esta es una de las grandes ciudades que más me ha gustado conocer de España.
Para esta ocasión he llegado a la ciudad ya un jueves por la tarde he encontrado un hospedaje muy cerca del barrio Triana para estar lo más céntrico posible y aprovechar los pocos días que estaré en la ciudad así que una vez realizado el check-in me he ido directamente a la parte histórica del barrio Triana y esta manera aprovechar de ver la ciudad desde el otro lado del río y contemplar un poco la noche y también poder descubrir el ambiente nocturno del casco histórico de la ciudad.

Y bueno como punto inicial comencé a caminar por la parte del Río Guadalquivir, acá pues se encuentra un hermoso paseo peatonal en la cual podemos observar desde muy cerca la torre del oro y el puente de Triana y les cuento que pues este paseo no les va a decepcionar especialmente en la noche, pues podemos quedar encantados con la cantidad de luces que dan a los edificios emblemáticos de la ciudad y adicionalmente la luz que refleja en el agua pues nos dará de primera mano una bienvenida de la ciudad única. Que haciendo la hora de la cena he aprovechado y me entrado al barrio de Triana para descubrir un poco el tema de su tapas y bebidas ya que esta zona es muy popular para este tipo de actividades y así ya tendría mi primer encuentro con algún plato típico de la región.

Ya para el día Viernes luego de un buen desayuno, era hora de entrar en materia con respecto a las visitas turísticas y mientras buscaba información faltante, me percate que al existir tanto turismo y tanto turista, existen muchas alternativas para visitar la ciudad, te encontraras con muchas ofertas de Free Tour y agencias especializadas en guías turísticas privadas pero bueno en lo particular en este tipo de ciudades me gusta ir a los libre y entrar a los lugares que más me llaman la atención, así que en lo posible pues trato de ubicar los lugares y comprar las entradas de forma personal.
Bueno para comenzar una de las primeras experiencias turísticas de esta ciudad he comenzado por el Real Alcázar de Sevilla, este lugar desde principio me ha enamorado, acá en este sitio no solo resalta sus palacios, sus edificios, sino que también tienen unos jardines extraordinarios que fácilmente me he pasado una mañana entera entre ellos. Para esta visita en particular si les recomiendo hacer una tarea antes y es reservar con antes antelación pues tu visita a este emblemático lugar ya que si lo dejas para el mismo día pues te vas a encontrar con una fila bastante agotadora y la cual fácilmente vas a perder unas 2 o 3 horas de tu tiempo, entrando en su pagina Web https://www.alcazarsevilla.org/ podrás adquirir la entrada con un costo de 13,50 EUR y seleccionar el día y la hora en que quieres asistir.

Una vez dentro de este lugar lo primero que nos hacen saber es que el Real Alcázar de Sevilla es más que una serie de Palacios que fueron construidos uno tras otro, entonces tenemos un primer Palacio que estaba realizado como para hacer la sede de gobierno para ese entonces y luego se fueron realizando las construcciones del Palacio gótico y el Palacio de mudéjar. Entre estos palacios el que más ha llamado mi atención es el Palacio de Mudéjar, este sí o sí tiene o estilo totalmente andaluz con una inclinación árabe bastante significativa que lo podrías confundir con algún Palacio marroquí.

Los jardines que se encuentran dentro del Alquézar son bastante grandes y podemos estar acá mediodía, además que luego de estar visitando varias salas y lugares cerrados, pues se agradece un poco estar al aire libre y tomarnos un poco de respiro por la temperatura que tiene esta ciudad. En el medio de estos jardines existen muchos lugares interesantes que son muy recomendado visitar, entre ellos tenemos el estanque del mercurio y la galería del grutesco, estos los encontrarás al lado del Palacio gótico por lo que en principio es una de las primeras cosas que podemos observar durante el recorrido. Ya luego a medida que avanzamos este lugar nos encontramos con 4 o 5 jardines más entre ellos el de las Damas, el de los poetas, el del príncipe y el de la danza.

Otro de los lugares que más llamaron mi atención es que mientras caminaba por el parque de María Luisa me he encontrado con la Plaza España de Sevilla, sin duda esto también era una de los lugares que estaba en mi lista de visitas en esta plaza está caracterizada por tener un incalculable de azulejos, tiene varios puentes alrededor de toda la plaza y también un pequeño lago natural en la que podrías fácilmente dar un paseo en barca. A simple vista pareciera que esta plaza esté construida recientemente sin embargo la misma tiene una gran cantidad de siglos en este mismo lugar.
Esta plaza es muy particular, pues su forma es como un semicírculo y tiene su vista o su dirección hacia el río Guadalquivir, es el río donde se estuvieron zarpando las embarcaciones que iban hacia América y se dice entonces que la forma de la plaza da la simulación de unos enormes brazos que lo que hacen es dar la bienvenida a todas esas personas que iban llegando desde América.

Una de las cosas que también ha llamado mucho mi atención es que a unos lados de la plaza te encontrarás con unos enormes bancos de cerámica, están todos muy bien posicionado y en dimensiones exactas y en lo cual en el suelo se encuentra el mapa de cada provincia de España y en sus bancas o alrededor pues se representan pinturas de algo representativo de cada ciudad, entonces como interés principal para cualquier visitante de alguna ciudad española es tomarse la fotografía de la comunidad en la que resides y obviamente acá he aprovechado y he tomado mi foto de la ciudad de Zaragoza en la que resido actualmente.

La Catedral de Sevilla y la Giralda sin duda también es uno de los sitios imperdibles en nuestra visita por Sevilla, sin embargo investigando un poco para poder entrar tienes que realizar el pago dependiendo el tipo de visita que quería realizar, sin embargo en lo particular no soy muy partidario de realizar aportaciones de dinero para poder visitar una iglesia católica en todo caso pues me senté un poco a las afueras de la plaza y estuve observando la grandeza y la perfección de su arquitectura. Estando allí alrededor de unos 40 minutos pues observaba muchísimas filas de personas que querían entrar allí o a la torre de la Giralda y pude ver una experiencia de algo que ya me habían comentado de que a la salida de la Iglesia pues se te acercan algunas mujeres mujeres a darte un regalo simbólico de una rama de romero y aprovechar la oportunidad para ofrecerte servicios de lectura de mano y cosas similares y terminan pidiéndote dinero por el “regalo recibido”.

Unas de mis últimas visitas turísticas fueron las Setas de Sevilla, es un gran monumento espectacular que se encuentra en la ciudad si no mal recuerdo es uno de los más nuevos de la ciudad y no tiene aún una completa popularidad entre sus viajeros. En lo particular este lugar me ha encantado, es una estructura enorme de madera que tiene una forma de hongo y se encuentra en todo el centro de la ciudad de Sevilla. En la parte de arriba puedes encontrar un mirador en el cual puedes acceder por un pago previo de 3 EUR y en la cual tendrás una vista única de la ciudad de Sevilla, en la planta baja del este lugar pues también tenemos un mercado de artesanía de alimentación y una plaza que la utilizan para realizar espectáculos.
Bueno por los momentos estos son los sitios que te comparto de mi recorrido por Sevilla, como recomendación te comento si puedes evitar visitarla en el mes de abril ya que en estas fechas se celebran sus ferias además de la Semana Santa que una de las más populares de toda España y entonces se incrementan un poco el tema de costos de hospedajes. Además de que la ciudad para esta fecha está muy saturada y sería muy complicado poderlas disfrutar al máximo, esperando entonces que próximamente me puedas leer en una próxima aventura y de antemano pues te agradezco por tomarte unos minutos de tu tiempo para poder acompañarme en este recorrido.
