When I was little, I loved going to my grandmother's, she always smelled so nice of something sweet and very tasty. When I would enter her house first where I would head was the kitchen to see what she was preparing for dessert and I would always rejoice. I like pancakes the most there is no simpler and tastier dessert than this. So let's see if my grandmother taught me how to make pancakes.
Ingredients | Quantity |
---|---|
Eggs | 3 |
Sugar | 1 spoon |
Salt | 1 spoon |
Milk | 1l or more |
Oil | 100ml |
Flour | 1kg or more |
First I break as many eggs as I want to have a mixture, now I made a large amount so I needed 3 eggs which I put in one bigger dish.
After I break the eggs, I sprinkle one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of sugar over them. I add sugar to make the mixture sweeter and tastier, I add salt the pancakes would not stick to the pan, and also that they would give the pancakes their own magical note of taste.
Milk is like a base that will combine all the ingredients and make one whole that we will enjoy later, so I add 1 liter of milk, if I see that the mixture is a little thicker than it should be, I add a little plain water to the mixture.
I add a lot of flour to the mixture, which will thicken the mixture, but it will also raise the dough during baking. I whip the flour nicely so that there are no lumps, otherwise, the pancakes will not be tasty and the flour will feel.
Finally, oil is added, which will only lubricate the mixture so that it does not stick to the pan. I don't know if it's just with me, but I think it's with everyone and that this rule applies to everyone, the first pancake never works, so it didn't work for me either :D
Frying a pancake can be fun, first I heat the pan well and then I go to a fun job. I love turning them in the air, but I'm afraid they won't stick to the ceiling, maybe that would be the most interesting part. But after that interesting piece, there is something much more interesting, and that is just eating pancakes😋
