Thanks for your comments. I might write about my own experience with this phenomenon. I have to find the photos of the day it dawned on me that I had agency for my own life.
I didn't take the photo which was amazing but the moment was captured perfectly by my daughter.
It was only afterwards that I saw the photo and realised that that was the moment of my evolution.

It is a really good idea to write about it, to reflect and memorise your feelings of the past. It changed your whole perspective on life, so it is definitely worth sharing with us.
