Julley Everyone,
Starting this new day out here in the outskirts of Himalayas. As these moments that bring the fresh memories from that time went back in late October season, I went to the high altitude regions of Spiti Valley. The valley itself was quite vast and needs a lot of time to just explore, so we started our journey and ended up somewhere in between over here at high altitude places. This is a particular moment, my friends that I wanted to share it with you guys through this post, where we made it all the way driving through the frozen river that came all the way from the Glacier and in just few days, the whole place is going to turn into a white paradise, so I thought why not to share these moments with you guys through this post, and in this post, I’m gonna take you guys along with me to this journey.

It was the first snowfall of the year after the month of late May when it was the summer time, and then it was done now pre-winter season, the first snowfall just direct snowfall that we saw the weather was kind of cloudy and just no time the whole place turned into a white Paradise out of nowhere, the snowfall just started, and we were headed back and there were these countless number of river crossing the river was not much in width, but had very little water due to the frozen water that was not quite frozen as ice, but it was freezing cold and just few minutes. I would say the whole place would be freezing cold temperature as it’s started to snow out no out of nowhere, and we saw that there were few of the cars that were stuck or getting stuck and were facing difficulty in crossing the river car get stuck in this cold climatic conditions. It is really very difficult to figure the situation out if anything breaks in the vehicle, it is really very difficult as the place is really very isolated region. So remote that no phone no cellular network. Nothing at all. No point of contact and the whole place would be stuck with the snow, and it would be really very hard. No house is no people. Nothing at all, and that’s how remote it was.

It was the beginning of the heavy snowfall, and even we were a bit scared about that weather will be make it all the way driving through the river or not because the thing is, there was loose graves and loose rock underneath the river crossing and if the vehicle stocks, then we need to get out of the car and then push it, and that was really very risky task because the water was freezing cold and really very hard to just do the thing, but still Help is a help and even though later, in the post, even we helped a lot of people during the moment.

It had been nearly about 15 minutes since it was the beginning of the snowfall and it just 15 minutes. The whole place it just turned into white Paradise and it was still continuing to fall. We decided to get out of the car as there was just a driver who drive and we would help him to figure and make the vehicle pass by, but still we had to go through the freezing cold water, so we decided to take our shoes and then go into the water and just walk by an end up on the other side.

There was about an inch or more than that snow that just ended up on the car. You guys can see in just 15 minutes. It was more than money. It was a heavy snow storm as even though the local people and even the weather forecast predicted the heavy snow storm, but still an adventure is adventure, so we decided to go on to be on the safe side. We decided to return from this particular point. It was somewhere near about 10 to 15 km away from a place called Batal.

There, even were these few of the groups of the bikers that was just walking by in front of us. It was literally a whole lot of a different adventure. I would say that we had on when I was at the place.

The water on the crossing seemed quite low, but indeed it was quite a lot and difficult crossing as in the peak. Summer time it is really very difficult to cross the vehicles as the water from the glacier. It just comes all the way and it just form into a huge river.

Finally, the moment came in and we made it somewhere in the middle and then it happened of that we were really scared about the vehicle got stuck in between as much as acceleration. We were doing the tire was just burning out and it was the time for us to just end back up and push the vehicle.

The time of the moment.

It was finally the time of the moment when we had to end up in the world and the moment I just came out without shoes. It was literally so cold that I could feel myself freezing cold in this water. Now we were headed, pushing the vehicle.

But still before it, I saw a motorcycle that was just laying on the ground and the rider was so scared about just making it all the way to the other side and the thing is the bike was also not starting so all of us we helped him first, he made it to the other side and cross the road, but still he literally got stuck as he was all alone riding in such isolated remote places, and we tried helping him as much as we could, and also the other writers also came and supported the person in the whole place into a thick sheet of snow that would last for more than 5 to 6 months. Even getting the bike out in such a situation was really very difficult task.

Finally made it all the way cross the vehicle and it was a good moment for us. A lot of Help that people even did so did we of the people and it was a beautiful moment of harmony all together and help each other when in need even in the mountains, that’s what the mountain teaches us, and that’s what the story it was all about, if we would be all alone, just like the Rider and no one would come. It was really about giving up at such demo locations, but still everyone just helps each and every single one, so we should be, and that’s how the adventure ended up made it all the way to the other side. I will be sharing the moments beyond this particular spot that how we enjoyed and explore the places beyond in my upcoming post. Stay tuned for the adventure.

Thanks for your precious time. 🙏
