Our winners today 🍍
🥇 The rustic charm of Phu Yen, Vietnam by @hknauy
From a movie called "Yellow Flowers on the Green Grass", Phu Yen immediately caught my attention and made me want to visit. I believe a lot of travelers have no idea about it. The beauty of Phu Yen lies in its lack of commercialization, and that is what makes it so special to me. That tranquility and peace make this a unique and wonderful place to visit. Whether you love the forest, the sea, the pristine islands, or have an endless passion to explore the idyllic life, this beautiful place can make you satisfied.

🥈 Sacred Oblivion, Bulgaria by @lightcaptured
These are the two words that, in my humble opinion, describe in the best way what I feel when thinking and remembering of this holy spiritual place. The place I am writing about today is called "St. Dimitar" monastery or "Sveti Dimitar" and according to the inscription above its door, it has been build in the year 1240! If you search online for it, as of today, you will not find it on any online map. You will definitely find other Orthodox Christian establishments: churches, chapels, or monasteries, but not this one. You could find few short articles about it though. Written by other travelers and explorers, as I like to consider myself too :)

🥉 Featuring California wildfire smoke, Death Valley, USA by @cryptosneeze
When we first arrived in California one of the first things we did was drive to Las Vegas via Death Valley. We stuck to the main road and didn't stop at any of the landmarks except for the entrance sign. The first stop was the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes. What pictures rarely show is how close to the main road they are. One second you're in scrubland, the next the middle of the desert.
