I don´t know why I keep reading the name of the city as "Africa" :D but it´s all good, the city looks nice and it obviously has a lot to offer :) Some very impressive "world´s bests and oldests" come from there so as you mentioned, the potential of becoming a major tourist destination of Chile (or maybe all Latin America) must be pretty huge for Arica :) Thanks for showing us around, great post and well deserved 1st place in today´s Travel Digest by Pinmapple, congrats! :)
