Those lights!! The countdown and fireworks must have been amazing, even with the crowd. That giant Olaf is making my day my niece would go crazy for it. Dipolog really knows how to do Christmas right.

Actually, different departments of the government have their own way of decorating for Christmas. I'm not sure which department of the goverment it belongs.
