The turkey burger sounds good, but I don't know about that Ninkasi. Though I am admittedly not a fan of most IPA's. I've had a few over the years that I felt tasted decent, but that's about it. And yet it seems every other beer that comes out of the Pacific Northwest, my original home, is a friggin' IPA. The universe can be cruel at times...
