Good evening hivers today I'm taking you to a special place, as I have already written in other posts my health is not the best but walking says it helps, even for the mood, my husband and I are not very active people and we have put together weight from the COVID period onwards, so to motivate ourselves we decided to buy a smartwatch, now every evening we go for a walk and with it we monitor our walks and the calories consumed, we also go on longer walks in the mountains! And we are lucky because Pistoia and the province have many paths. In the city of Maresca, about 40 minutes from here, there is a path known as the devil's path because following it you reach what is called the devil's tread.

The path is not difficult but you still need to go with suitable shoes and clothes, even heavier ones because the climate is cooler than in the valley.

En la ciudad de Maresca, a unos 40 minutos de aquí, hay un camino conocido como camino del diablo porque siguiéndolo se llega a lo que se llama la huella del diablo.

El camino no es difícil pero aun así hay que ir con calzado y ropa adecuados, incluso más gruesos porque el clima es más fresco que en el valle.

However, it is a beautiful path with a wonderful forest, I felt like in the Lord of the Rings, furthermore on the slopes of the tread there is a forest called the Teso forest, which is also a beautiful area. This walk was quite long but not difficult, we also reached one of the refuges which however was closed and we relaxed with the beautiful view of the mountains and the fresh air.

Ahora quiero hablarles del porque este camino tiene este nombre en particular, es el lugar de encuentro entre tres crestas y si lo miras de lejos parece una huella, cuenta la leyenda que durante un sábado en ese bosque Dios expulsó a los diablo y esa es su huella dejada en la fuga, obviamente no vimos demonios ni siquiera rituales extraños ah ah ah. Sin embargo es un camino precioso con un bosque maravilloso, me sentí como en el Señor de los Anillos, además en las faldas del sendero hay un bosque llamado bosque de Teso, que también es una zona preciosa. Esta caminata fue bastante larga pero no difícil, también llegamos a uno de los refugios que sin embargo estaba cerrado y nos relajamos con la hermosa vista de las montañas y el aire fresco.
