Keep collecting happy places, and you'll always have somewhere to go where you know you'll feel well and have serenity.

Hahaha, I guess I was so jealous when all the people were climbing the mountains, walking on the suspended bridge, or paragliding at Jungfrau...My next adventure will be skydiving or another paragliding, but no idea when or where. Probably ALPS again...

I'm glad you're working through things and giving yourself the time and breathing space, its so important not to rush or place unnecessary time constraints on yourself as this will only lead to increasing the pressure you feel and that's a vicious circle.
