Aha, you noticed, I thought nobody gonna notice while I was away. Yes, this time I took a long break from writing and other things including my therapies. I told them I needed a vacation so I got that moment of carefree life.
Swiss was always on the top of my list whenever it came to vacation. I mean I love Italy but Swiss weather is something. It was helpful to be away from everything even though I was traveling a lot this time.

I can't wait to share the details with everyone because it's a big achievement for me, and I can say I did something for myself.

A break from therapy is no bad thing. My wife recommends her add and adhd kids take a break once in a while.

😂, Well I used to think that this thing was not for me even though I had a huge doubt about my decision before the flight but I did it and I feel so proud of myself.
That's actually necessary and every year I try to take a long break twice from Therapy. Next break hopefully during the holiday season 😀
