RE: Where To Spend Your Money And Time

in Worldmappinlast year

So today I'm going to show you a place where you can spend all your money and time.

(hahaha) Let´s see. This is the best way you have of telling me to jump off a cliff without a parachute? Ok, perfect.
That mall looks like a spa. So quiet...
That's why I think you'll need to be sweeter because people don't have as much fun there, is so empty that I don't feel like committing monetary suicide without an audience. 😆

😉 Tell me at least I'll have some paranormal experience or contact with aliens. Do they need to do something extreme to fill those spaces, or is it... they don't have any money?

(Sollo bromeo) but what I am about to tell you is no joke 👇

In a neighborhood store in Cuba, they never have anything but when something comes in there are endless lines and we don't need amusement park. The line itself is an amusement park and is suitable for both adults and children. You are even on your feet for so long that it could be considered part of a sports training.

(we have very different realities. It's obvious. hahaha)

This time I only checked the selling price of BTC, which was 1000€ higher than on Binance. 😳

Epic.

Naaah, this mall is full of people, but I went at an hour when there were just a few people as it was still early. Otherwise I would have been photographing people and not the mall.

I wish I could find that funny but I know what you mean, I understand that perfectly. I grew up in communism, so I guess that explains it. I'm really sorry though, that you have no better life there.

I figured it was like that. A quieter time when the mall wasn't crowded. And of course you don't find my comment funny because, let's say it's Cuban... humor. We laugh at our own problems so as not to cry.
All this (my comment) came perhaps because yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to go buy beers because they were running out here at home. When I got to the store, a staple (detergent) had arrived at the store and there was a hell of a line. You can imagine I couldn't wait not one hour, not half an hour I could wait... to buy beers. And no matter how much I explained to the doorman, he told me I had to wait in line.
So that's it. It was nothing personal with your post, because it really is very good and so are the photos. I'm sorry if I somehow violated your space.
And don't worry, there will always be ways to feel good within so many absurd situations, that have nothing to do with politics. They are things that have to do with the people responsible for the places that are inept.

You did not violated my space and everything is ok. I just wanted to let you know I understand your situation more than others and I've been there, done that. Stayed in endless lines for a piece of something. We also had those stupid jokes, built on out bad situation as there was nothing better left :)

I hope that awful situation will end soon as it can't last forever. Fingers crossed.

I think that's what triggered your post for me, a stark contrast between two places. Maybe I should have kept quiet.

No, not at all. I'm glad you commented and you're welcome to do so anytime you like. I know just a few users from Cuba and the life we life we live is very different so I'm happy to learn about what's going on there.

It is a stark contrast for sure but just think about it. If my country coul achieve this, your country can too.

Thank you very much @erikah. I will be happy to interact with you on the highways of Hive, so you can include me in your list of Cubans.

Of course it is possible.
