Hi Hivers!

Mooon here with a new travel blog and experience to share.

Last June, I was able to join Kythe Yearly Summer camp and there were a lot of volunteers waiting for that event, the volunteers were limited so I wasn't expecting to be chosen.

It was a 3-day camp plus a visit to Yoki's farm and that's my blog for today.
So when Ate Jem, contacted me a week before the event, I didn't hesitate to say yes I needed to prepare my reason for my work leave lol!

Fast forward, To the said event.

We have 2 Buses for volunteers and Kythe personnel, they distribute our shirts to use and the tasks that we need to do well actually, it is just simple we need to enjoy ourselves and watch for the kids.

I am not aware of Yoki's Farm and it excites me more. Well, It is just a farm with different kinds of animals.

We first visit the Birds :

There were owls, parrots, eagles, and other foreign birds that I hadn't seen before.

These two photos are my favorites, I just love how clingy they are the big black bird loves to dance he's dancing when taking up this picture.

Monkeys

These two wild monkeys are wild so the management decided to separate them to avoid fighting and I think that was good for them.

There are also Zebras and we are allowed to feed them, this is my first time seeing this kind of animal but still, there's a question in my mind, are they white creatures with black stripes? Or a black with white stripes? HAHA enlighten me, please.

Ostriches and Donkey: They are not that wild so we are allowed to have close contact with them we can pet them and the kids enjoy it.

Didn't know that there were capybara on this farm, I was like "Is this for real?" It was a dream come true, I noticed that they love to swim and love to chill.

Cassowary They are considered living dinosaurs and are also known are the most dangerous birds in the world. We are warned not to mess with them because they are truly deadly and wild.

Reptiles

We've seen pythons, snakes, tank-build geckos, lizards and Iguanas.

And lastly, I believe this animal is not familiar to you guys as this is a rare one and I'm not that sure if this only can be seen here in the Philippines.

Bear cat Also known as Binturong, they're arboreal mammals with a bear-like appearance. They have long shaggy fur and a distinct smell like popcorn and they love to eat fruits, especially apples.

Our next stop: Camp Benjamin

That's all for me folks. Gonna end this blog here, thank you for reading.

Have a good day ahead.

Mooon out 🤙
