Me at the Maramo River Park

Hi Hiver! It's Mooon I'm back! And I'm so excited to share another travel and adventure I've experienced in Norzagaray, Bulacan.

I've just seen this place in my Facebook newsfeed and it caught my attention for some reason, I saw an extreme adventure that I wanted to try so I didn't waste time and looked for a person that I could contact on how to get there and immediately book a cottage for myself.

Fast forward, I settled everything and scheduled an overnight stay in Maramo River.
It was located in Sitio Saging Brgy. San Mateo Norzagaray

I booked for a weekend from April 13 to 14 (Saturday and Sunday) and since this is a solo expedition I challenged myself to get there by commuting.

I started packing up my things early in the morning and arrived before lunch, everything went according to plan.

To get there, there's trekking for 20-30 minutes, a rocky road plus the heat from the Sun will melt you for sure.

After a successful long trekking, I was mesmerized by the beauty of the river

Upon arriving I was spotted by my tourist guide she gave the details and my cottage as well.
I already have my tent however, I still need to rent a cottage where I can put my things also when I cook food and a place to eat.

I don't need to worry about some things because there's a mini store near my cottage.

When it's about to get dark some tourists place their tents to avoid hustle at night.

There's an activity for everyone and I was included in that package but since it's already late I went to the river and enjoyed the cold water. I decided to start the activities on Sunday morning.

Fast forward to Sunday morning, I am so excited for the activities we will visit the tourist spot and will do these activities:

• Bamboo Rafting
• Caving
• Cliff diving
• Lion statue (stalagmite formation)

Here's our service, a long boat with a bamboo raft attached to it, it can accommodate 15-20 persons in 1 ride so amazing right? I am amazed asf! LOL

The water is so freezing and I can feel it from my ass down to my nerve! HAHA

This is what the cave looks like you can explore the cave as much as you like and you can swim as well.

I explored the cave together with my tour guide and I was amazed by the rock formations that I saw so I asked my guide if she could take some pictures, but I thought my decision was wrong she just ruined the view. HAHA

As you can see, all of us are wearing life vests because this is part of their protocol and also for everyone's safety props to them.

I also tried Cliff diving where we have to jump for almost 7-10 ft. This gave me
adrenaline and suddenly pumped me up.

The splash of water when you fall will make you feel alive!

For the final activities, my tourist guide asked me for a photoshoot but this time in Kayak Crystal. Honestly, I don't know what will be my angle cause this part is for the ladies but still, I gave it a shot! HAHAHAHA

So that's it! I'm gonna end this blog with that final feminine shot JK!

We returned to our cottage at around noon and after that, I grabbed my lunch, I started my journey to Manila and reached home at 7:00 PM

It was a great escape. That's what my body wants adrenaline that makes my blood pump and a glimpse of nature to relax my mind.
