Hello travel lovers!
It's me again, Dung! The busy work of the past week makes time go by quickly. I don't think it's Friday, and it's a weekend away. I wish you a very good weekend of rest and relaxation, to make up for the hardship of a week of work, and to fight for a new week to come.
In the previous article, I introduced Ta Nang- Phan Dung trekking street and told about the journey to conquer that street ending on Day 1 Today I will continue this journey with Day 2 of conquering Ta Nang - Phan Dung mountain.
Our team finished the first day and stopped at the hill, pitched our tent, and rested there after check-in the stainless steel tip is engraved with the words Ta Nang - Phan Dung, where the boundary of the two provinces of Lam Dong and Binh Thuan. There are a few small wooden houses built by people here, for resting in the woods or raising herds in these hills. Here they raise mainly cows. The cows were herded in lots, they ate grass in the hills. We used some pots and pans to cook, and the food and rice we brought ourselves. Because you have a local guide with you, we are very confident about the way as well as cooking food. In the evening we gathered together by the fire, drank a few glasses of wine together to relieve the fatigue of a day of walking, then slept early to continue the journey tomorrow morning.
In the morning, we wake up at 6: 00 A.M. It's very cold in the evening and it's very cold in the morning, I don't know what the temperature is, but it's always below 15°C in the mountains, we caught some clouds floating on the opposite hillside. We took pictures of those beautiful moments. Here in the morning, there are often clouds covered, and if you are lucky, you will see a large sea of clouds. It started to get sunny so we took pictures and started moving.
This forest has many beautiful streams and waterfalls, including the famous Yavly waterfall. If you want to explore and conquer these waterfalls, you need a guide to accompany you, and not to go into the rainy season ( between July and October) because at this time the rain is very heavy and it's easy to get flash floods from the headwaters, which is extremely dangerous. And there have been many traumatic accidents in the past when conquering waterfalls of other backpackers, so you have to be really careful and be aware. To get through here you need to spend more time, usually 3 days and 2 nights if you want to go through Yavly Falls. Since we had only 2 days and 1 night for this trip, we chose a different route to go through Linh Hill to get down to Phan Dung mountain (Binh Thuan).
We kept walking, through the trees and grasses that grew higher, where the grass grew to more than half a person and began to descend into the mountains. We walked through primary forests with tall trees, including bamboo forests, and rested in a stream. I like it best when I am in the forest when my body is tired of walking but still full of excitement because there is wonderful scenery here, a cool and fresh climate, soaking your feet under the cool stream is really exciting. I'm a photography enthusiast, so most of the time I move the last person in the group to take pictures for everyone.
From the stream, we rested and walked all the way up a steep slope to the edge of the forest. Here are some young Raglai compatriots waiting to carry the trekking people of Ta Nang - Phan Dung like us out of the forest. Because after two days of walking, everyone was tired, and it was considered as supporting you to earn more income, so we go out of the forest on their motorbike. The cars are reshaped to fit the terrain here with wheels covered with chains to increase grip, which is not like normal motorcycles out on the road. The road from the edge of the forest out of the forest was also very dangerous, with the slippery dirt road because of the rain the previous day, when we sat in the back of the motorbike, we were shocked a few times because we were afraid of falling. Since then, we really admire you driving, on such a difficult road and still not falling, keeping our guests safe in the back of the car.
We got out of the woods and we rested in a little grocery store. There, both in the bathroom and in the dressing room, we took a break and personal hygiene before leaving Phan Dung by transit to the bus station and ending this trekking journey the Ta Nang - Phan Dung. At the end of the Ta Nang - Phan Dung trekking trip 2 days and 1 night, I made new friends, gained valuable experiences of youth, to see and discover the beauty of nature in the majestic mountains and forests, which I firmly believe are memories beautiful I will never forget.
Another journey ended, I deepened the saying: life only lives once, and youth only passes once, and my youth has passed with the most valuable things. Thank you for following and supporting my writing today.
I wish you a very happy and happy weekend!
