Long Island is a spectacular beach to test its waters and share with family and friends, I as always taking my walks along the shores of the beach, to get to it you have to cross by boat and is very economical, has crystal clear waters and is very beautiful.
There is a boat to the shores of this island and what are left are the ruins but with beautiful photographs, this island is very visit for diving there are corals around the boats, the waters are very calm and quiet in short a tropical paradise.
The story goes that the Germans set fire to the ship so that it would not fall into the wrong hands, as it was in the United States at that time, on March 31, 1940, in the middle of the Second World War, I can imagine how desperate that moment was for everyone.
I also asked questions to several people from puerto cabello, and the Germans asked permission in that city to stay for a while and they put themselves at the order of the municipality, but something played them wrong because for being Germans they thought they were sent by Hitler but it was not that way since they had revealed themselves and did not want to be part of the Nazi that is why they did not want to return because they were afraid of reprisals. That was what I was able to find out from the ship that was on the shores of Isla Larga.
