Maravillosa Beach Resort is located in Maravilla, Tabuelan, Cebu. It is famous for its crystal clear water and white sand coast that stretches as far as your eyes can see. With its picturesque beauty, it is perfect for photographs, and it is also a suitable venue for any occasion, like a birthday, anniversary, or just a simple getaway with family and friends. My Experience!

Maravillosa Beach Resort is not new to me; when I was a kid, we always put Maravilla as the venue of our occasions, and Maravilla before is just like what you've seen today and even more beautiful. Upon arrival, the stunning view of the long coast, white sand, and crystal-clear water will stumble upon your sight. I highly recommend the place; it's scenic and has an amazing view and is just perfect for unwinding and relaxation. No doubt, it is one of the most visited public beaches in the north. During holidays, you will rarely see sandstones because of the crowd. Now you know when is the perfect time to visit the place, hahaha.

If you want to enjoy the Maravillosa Beach Resort, you have two options for what time you will go there: either you go there during holidays and weekends when flocks of people are surely at the beach. Or, you go there during regular days; it's either you want an adventure with many people or a serene, quiet place while swimming. It's your choice, haha. Moreover, Maravillosa Beach Resort has been a part of my life since most of my birthdays when I was a kid were celebrated here since it is the closest beach in our place.

What to expect?

As I have said, expect a sightwatering view; the clear waters and white sand coast will surely mesmerize your sight. Additionally, if you are planning to bring your own tent, it's not allowed, so it's better to leave that at home so that it will not add a burden to your bags. You can do kayaking and rent kayaks there and rent a small pump boat and sail through, and that has a corresponding fee, a negotiable fee between you and the boat owner. Of course, this activity is so obvious, swimming. I guess this is the most abused activity there, hahaha. Since it's free, you will surely enjoy the waters; I promised you that.

Entrance Fee?

ZERO ENTRANCE FEE: If you are looking for a beautiful beach that will not scorch your pocket, Maravillosa Beach Resort is the perfect place for you. All you have to pay for is your parking. If you have vehicles, don't worry about the entrance fee because it's zero. You can rent a cottage for Php.500.00, or roughly 8 to 10 USD; they also have villas and private rooms. Just inquire online before going for a hassle-free vacation. If you can't afford a cottage, you can just rent a small table and chairs to put on your food and drinks for only Php. 350.00, or roughly 5 to 6 USD. And that's it; you can now enjoy swimming at the beach without hesitation and frustrations of entrance fees.

Travel Guide!

How to get there? If you are from Cebu City, take a bus going to Maravilla, Tabuelan, from the North Bus Terminal in SM City Cebu. If you find commuting a hassle, you can bring your own vehicle for a more comfortable ride; just take the same route going to Maravilla, Tabuelan. It is easy to navigate using Google Maps. It takes roughly 2-3 hours of travel, but don't worry; what will stumble upon your arrival is worth the long hours of travel. I can vouch for that. Just ask the bus attendant to drop you off at Maravilla. What are you waiting for? Pack your things up, and don't forget the sunscreen. Despite the heat, the waters are tempting, and you can't help but take a dip and splash in their crystal-clear water.

What to Bring:

• Pocket Money: It would be necessary to bring pocket money, for there are lots of food stalls and vendors that offer local food and seafood. If you want to try some, it's better to have some extra cash with you.

• Food and Drinks: If you don't want to be burdened with more expenses, it's much better to bring food and drinks; their price there may be higher than in the city.

• Swimming Suit: For a better swimming experience and picture-worthy outfits, don't forget to bring some suits for swimming.

• Family and Friends: Of course, don't forget to bring your family and friends and enjoy the Majestic Maravilla for yourselves.

Overall, Maravillosa Beach Resort in Tabuelan, Cebu, is a perfect place for both those who are seeking an adventure and those who want a serene place to relax.
