Introduction
Hello everyone! This is @ybanezkim26 and I can't believe I'm still here curating travel blogs. There's still a lot of work to do, and being part of the team that will bring to you your daily travel digest is an immense honor.
I'm excited to see the direction of this community under the new management. Thank you @arcange for helping us with the curation tool! In our featured posts, we have the capital city of the same name - Luxembourg, a botanical garden in Beijing China, and a lake in Balcesti, Romania. Enjoy and keep on pinning your travel posts to the map!
All featured posts are visible on the Editors Choice Map and upvoted by @worldmappin, our curation trail, and potentially @blocktrades. For more travel digests check out #traveldigest.

🥇 An outstanding day in Luxembourg with my sister... by @priyanarc
Upon reaching Luxembourg, our first stop was Vianden Castle. Having visited the castle before, I opted not to go inside. Instead, I encouraged my sister to explore it while I wandered around the surrounding neighborhood. I enjoyed the chance to take in the local sights and soak up the atmosphere. To my surprise, my sister reappeared after just 45 minutes, which made me curious about what she had seen inside the castle. 🤣

🥈 Visiting China National Botanical Garden: Deeper into the Nature by @tanzil2024
The botanical garden in Beijing is known or termed as the National Botanical Garden which covers a huge area in the mountain forest located in the far north-western area which is complete opposite direction in the northern region. The problem is I need to get to the city area to get the direct buses but there is a special subway that is so flexible for visiting the Botanical Garden. The shuttle has also stoppages in several scenic spots such as the summer palace. Fragrant Hills and some others as this shuttle is for tourism purposes in my opinion. From the city center, it takes around 1 hour but for me, I need another hour to reach the city area to get the shuttle.

🥉 Breathtaking landscapes at Belis Lake in Cluj county, Romania by @triplug
The creation of the reservoir, a huge water lake of about 900 hectares, was only possible with the transmutation of the Belis village cave about 3 km away, where it is today. The memory of the place and its stories are preserved between the walls of a church that remains at the bottom of the Belis-Fantanele reservoir. Sometimes, when the lake recedes, the walls of the church can be seen, but without the roof and the bell tower, which people managed to take when they moved the village.
