Apparently this is so famous to students. Like they're required to visit the museum? I don't know why, but we don't have that kind of activity here in Cebu back when I was still studying.

Maybe since nearest siya and cheapest to visit
There are museums nearby that are free, but I agree that it's cheap. Maybe included na nga sa museum hopping. I love Iloilo and Bacolod talaga. Daming museums and heritage houses.
