We used easyJet and it was quite cheap - 52€. I've heard that Ryanair is cheap also but I haven't used them. My wife and I rarely fly. Part of it is traveling light and not paying for checked luggage as well. For Hotel we stayed at an Ibis Comfort but you could go cheaper than that and do an Ibis budget or a hostel.

I've never seen crypto accepted anywhere in the world except for online videos, which not all are even truthful. There are some online stores that accept it but I don't think you'll find crypto payments being accepted by brick and mortar retailers anywhere in France or Europe.
